We have refinanced and streamlined over the years, and by far, Silva is the most knowledgeable about all methods of financing. My experience with other agents would be great when starting out. Once we agreed to work with them, then they became too busy to handle simple questions and not return calls. Not Silva. She can text and talk. She multi tasks and things get done. Being busy, doesn't mean a thing if you don't give great service from start to finish. Silva does that. I recommend if you need a broker to assist you in streamline, refinancing or other mortgage needs, you contact her. We will, if we do anything in the future

This is my 3rd time doing a refi and I will have to say this is by far the easiest time I've had working with Silva with Next Door Lending. I was working with other lenders at the time as well and when trying to figure out who to pick, she made my decision easy. I feel like she sincerely had my best interests in mind as well. In this wild housing market, getting a quick pre-approval was a huge priority for us. We were in contact with Alex Sypniewski and he along with his team members had the pre-approval process started for us on a Sunday evening. The people are nice. Underwriter for Caliber quit mid stream so had to virtually start all over again. MANY hiccups along the way, a couple on my part, some on theirs. Was told to be ready to close next week several times. The deal would not work in the end due to misinformation I was given about my porch and deck--it only needed paint when I was told by my lender I needed to tear it all down. After over 3-1/2 months, it was finally over. My husband and I went another way with the refi with cash out, and thank goodness it worked.

As a first time home buyer, I was entirely unfamiliar with the process, including where to begin. Between my realtor and my lending team, Nate McHugh and Aaron Shook, I was guided through what options would work best for me in this wild market. Through all my uncertainty, I could shoot an email to either lender with an address and a couple questions, and they'd send me a breakdown including taxes, helping me see what was feasible and what wouldn't be. In September, I purchased my dream home, and although it may still be my honeymoon period, every month when I pay my mortgage I smile, knowing that I'm paying for MY HOME.

I received a text solicitation from this company, which I believe is against the law in Florida unless you have had previous conversations and know they could be calling you. Which is why the rep Chase Baysdell started off with saying, "trying to reach you again". He never tried to reach me before. Do you guys know that cell phones can show the history of a phone number that reached out to you? I don't do business with companies that are misleading in any way. But then when I called him out on it, he got very creepy and even though I told him to stop texting, he kept on texting trying to get me to set up an appointment. I will never do that now because of Chase's misleading tactics. For all I know the company provides a good service...but I'll never know because of a bad sales guy. His supervisor did call to apologize...at least Chase told me it was his supervisor. Maybe just the guy in the cubicle next to him. I can't trust misleading people. Added note. Read the response from one of the owners below... he wants to connect & discuss...but didn't tell me how to do so. But it should be apparent from my review on how it should be done. Don't lie. Don't mislead. Don't start off with a "We've already been talking" approach. It's a lie. It's misleading. Don't break the Florida Do Not Call Act and the Florida Telemarketing Act that went into affect on July 1 this past year.

This company will sell you a dream. That is all they can do. They talk a great game and will leaving your hanging for months with false promises. The funny part is they aren’t even the lending company they basically shop your loan around so when something goes wrong they just blame the company providing the loan. Find another company or go with a credit union. Do not take a HELOC with this company. I find it odd that they have 1 star reviews but when you look at their Google numbers they are all 5’s. Click on the lowest reviews and bam they all show up. I’m sure my review will be hidden but I recommend my fellow Veterans go elsewhere.

Broker, Naji Mokh made the refinancing experience go smoothly. He patiently explained the application process. We discussed the Pros & Cons of what loan would work for me. The dude is HIGHLY skilled and Uber professional.

I worked with Al Berry to refinance my home to take advantage of the lower finance rates, based upon my sister's excellent experience with her refinance process. My questions were answered promptly, and he made the process seamless - and quick! My refinance and closing was completed within 10 days of contacting him, and what made things even better was that I didn't even need to leave my house to complete the closing. The notary came to my house to complete whatever paperwork I couldn't do via a virtual closing. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and would recommend him and Next Door Lending 's services to all of my friends.
