My son took his driver's license permit test here. Very friendly staff. We went on a Monday morning and it was busy. He did make an appointment so he did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get his testing started. They do take walk ins but be prepared to wait. We were there for over an hour and people were still waiting to get helped. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. Very easy to do.

Stumbled upon this "3rd party" service provider. I wanted to update my driver's license after moving, as well as upgrade to the travel ID. I had gone to the TSI Title website, and the site made it very clear that I needed to make an appointment (after checking the box as to what type of appointment I wanted). I proceeded to make a same-day appointment and printed my appointment confirmation. There was nothing more provided on their website, but I made some assumptions that, in addition to my current driver's license I would need at least two forms of current address paperwork, which I grabbed. When I found their office (no suite # was provided on their appointment confirmation, which I had with me), I walked in, it was not busy, and a woman proceeded to check me in. When she asked if I brought forms of ID, I told her I had brought two. But I had not brought a passport or birth certificate. She proceeded to tell me that, because of people like me, they have a printed a copy of the requirements "right fromm the website". Well, what she handed me was from the Arizona Dept. of Motor Vehicles - NOT the TSI WEBSITE. It would have been incredibly helpful if their website indicated the documentation that the DMV requires - I had not gone to their website first. If I had gone to the AZ DMV website first, I would most likely already have my new driver's license/travel ID.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man working the front counter today should be fired. Anytime he saw a woman he was downgrading them and when I went to talk to him he would cut me off. I literally called adot prior to my appointment to make sure I would get approved renewal extension before taking A-day off from work to get a renewal. Before I could even finish a sentence he would cut me off and then cut me off again and then when I told him why don't you stop cutting me off and let me finish my sentence his response was "it's not my problem you're moving to Hawaii." Took my paper work turnedhen and started talking to another customer who walked up on the other side of his computer. The disrespect was so shocking I told him to give me my documents and left. You ain't getting my business. I took my business elsewhere and they were immediately able to assist me and at a cheaper price! Don't waste your time coming to this place because you will be treated like trash even when you have an appointment all your documents are in place and you know what you're talking about. The disrespectful man in the front will cut you off and tell you it's not his problem.

Absolutely the best place for any motor vehicle business. They are more helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous than any state DMV I have ever been in. This is the only place I go when I have to go in for license, registration, or title work.

Wow.. what a great alternative to going to the DMV. Friendly knowledgeable staff, very reasonable fees. I'll never go back to the DMV again.

Very friendly and helpful. Was literally in and out of there in 10 minutes with a appointment that I booked earlier in the morning. Will definitely start going there from now on.

Very pleasant staff. Equally fair with every customer that evergreen the door and equally as pleasant with everyone. The process of acquiring my license was very thorough and time efficient. Was surprised how many were taking advantage of this location but the appointment and walk in processes were handled very well.

FOR LEARNER’S PERMIT Take Permit test @ home first ($7). BRING to TSI: -Original birth certificate -SOCIAL SECURITY CARD -$20 (You’ll be turned away for not having Soc Sec card). They can look up the test your teen took online and know if he/she passed, so don’t worry about that. A vision test will be done there so bring glasses/contacts if needed. You’ll fill out front side of an application there or you can do it online and print out at home first. Available thru MVD website.

Really great service. Person behind the counter was helpful and service was prompt and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend it and will be using their services again.

I made an appointment online, was greeted by friendly staff, my request was taken care of efficiently and I was out the door within ten minutes. You can't ask for better service than that! I highly recommend that you go here for all of your title and registration needs!

Excellent fast service. In and out in 12 minutes for title transfer. Definitely go online and book your appointment ahead of time that will help ensure quick turnaround. Second time I have used their service and both were great experiences.

I made an appointment for a convenient time. Arrived a few minutes early, carrying a book to read while I waited. I did not get to open up that book! In for traveler's driver license renewal and out in less than 15 minutes-TOTALLY worth the $25. convenience fee!

They are very efficient. Very different experience than I've had with DOLs in the area. I got my licence no issue and got out without half an hour. Will definitely be going back

Seems rather pointless to make an appointment when they take walk ups ahead of you. Had a 3:30 pm appointment and didn’t get called up to check in until 3:55. Then waited another 15 minutes to get started. Unless they booked more than one appointment at 3:30 pm, the walk ups went ahead of me. So again, what’s the point in appointments?

My experience was mixed. I initially went to the MVD but their systems were down so I stumbled upon TSI. PLUS: -I made an appointment in 30 minutes -Nice building and facilities -Some friendly / helpful staff -Not busy CON: -I checked in for my appointment and then waited 30 minutes while they helped other customers and forgot about me -There was a $30 service fee I noticed at the end of the transaction they did not disclose prior AFTER MY VISIT: -I am now receiving junk mail RE car insurance - It appears my information was sold to a number of agencies -I received a letter from AZ DOT that my rego was going to be cancelled because I didn't have proof of insurance. TSI never asked for my insurance. I was able to sort it online with AZDOT, but, I had it at the time of visiting the office and was never asked, so this could have been avoided.

*Avoid like the plague* Went in on a Saturday to get 16 y/o my daughter her license. The website shows that they process licenses until 3:30 on Saturday. We arrived at 3:02, there is no way to sign-in or pull a number. We were ignored as the Angry, Bitter, Old Lady with the Bad Wig chatted up a couple about a recent sporting event. She finally asked us if we had been helped and did we have an appointment? No, we didn't have an appointment, as the website states walk-ins welcome. She informs us that they stop processing licenses at 3PM. She then claims that it is almost 4PM. I look at my phone, it is 3:27. Which makes it closer to 3PM and still before the cut-off on the website. The Angry, Bitter, Old Lady with the Bad Wig seemed to take joy in denying my very excited teenager her license. We stupidly returned on another Saturday. Guess who eventually greets us again? Angry, Bitter, Old Lady with the Bad Wig, who huffs, puffs and rolls her eyes that we did not have an appointment. Again the website list Walk-ins welcome at the top of the page. She then lies to my face and tells me that I need her birth certificate and ss card. Her smirk shows her enjoyment for turning us away. We go home, collect the documents and decided to go to a different 3rd party ADOT location. We go to 1 Stop Title & Registration Services by Skateland. They were super helpful. They even took her picture twice to make sure she liked it. All we needed was her permit as all the documentation used for her permit was on file with ADOT.

Jane was very helpful and even more nice. I appreciated her going out of her way to make the process easy. I will come back, but only if Jane is working that day. - GIEDIUP man.

Super quick services. Went in as a walk-in and was attended to immediately. I would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the rudeness of an older gray haired woman that worked there. She gave my father a form to fill out and all I did was help him with filling it out and she told me, "Well HE needs to fill this out", then she proceeded to ask him to make sure that what I was filling out was what he wanted. Umm excuse me miss but all I was doing was helping my father out, no need to show me disrespect and be RUDE about it. So other than that, had a great speedy experience.

Jane aided our great niece with an AZ ID for a minor. Jane was friendly and professional.

As always TSI was quick, easy and friendly. I didn't think to get an appointment so I had about a 10 minute wait, it was steady but not crowded in the lobby. I highly recommend TSI to anybody that values their sanity.

Might as well go to the DMV, it’s larger and at least you know where you are in line. Not here.

The staff was friendly and didn't had to wait for long for my turn and they processed my papers really quickly.

Great place for third party motor vehicle services. We were able to schedule an appointment same-day, and didn’t have to wait very long when we got there. Nice employees, the process was quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Got my AZ license after moving here from out of state. I also had to change my name from my maiden to my married name. I was in and out in 15 minutes since I had an appointment. No wait time at all. They’re extremely efficient. Well worth the convenience fee!

After calling TSI for 3 Days to get an appointment I decide to take a drive over there. I walked up to the front desk and I told them I needed a title transfer. The young lady said to me that the next available appointment was 12:15 and I was fine with that. I told her I tried to call previously to get an appointment but no answer. That's when she looked at me and said, "don't you have eyes in your head to see that we only have two people working here with 15 people lined up out front"? I was taking back for a minute and I told her yes I have eyes in my head but this isn't my problem this is your problem you should get in touch with your boss and tell him that you need more help. At 12:15 today I was helped by young man who was outstanding they did a great job for me and got everything taken care of.
