We switch over from Regions. And this is the 3rd bank I’ve had. By far the BEST bank ive dealt with! Lori is AMAZING and always helps in anyway she can with any of our questions!

Ive only been banking with trustmark for about 6 months now and have had nothing but trouble now I cant get ANYONE on the phone whether I try the local branches (all of them) or the customer service line 1st time I called customer service I was told (by automated assistant) that my approx wait time was 26 mins so i waited....approx 25 mins waiting I was hung up on so I called back about 10 mins later 2nd time calling customer service number was told again by automated assistant that my approx wait time would be 23 mins .......approx 18 mins waiting and phone rang a few times and it restarted the automated msg but now my approx wait time is 55 mins?! So I think it goes without saying I plan to change banks ASAP. Trustmark is by far my worst financial mistake .
