PNC Bank Highway, Mobile

I have been a customer with BBVA Compass since 2001. I HATE PNC! I called to get something notarized and they can't do it. I took everything to Compass under the sun and they notarized it, no questions asked. Obviously, I am loyal and do not like change, but PNC is definitely about to lose a customer, along with my 4 accounts, my spouse's account and my parents' accounts which I am the overseer of.

Update tried to get a new card said it’d be 7$ for the new card that day but if I waited for it to be mailed it’d be no charge. So how bout they still charged me 7$ and you can’t get this ghetto place on the phone pnc will hire anyone. I’m so fed up with this particular location. Courtney was not very nice. Not a nice visit will be cancelling and going to regions asap.

My son used that bank I went to tell them he has died very rude people. Didn't have any sympathy for for him or me. I came out crying I was so mad. There is no since people being so rude!

I've been a long time customer of PNC. This one Branch has the rudest employees of any I've ever been in . They do not return phone calls . Visited today , I guess because I was the only one in the building wearing a mask I was asked 3 times could I be helped . Due to cancer and covid I wear one every where I go . I was there to make a deposit. After I told them an employee lights were still on and was replied rudely she's sitting in it . I just left . I will drive 30 minutes pass this location before I will ever step foot inside again .

Got the greeting when you open the door. They pay attention while talking to you. Will get phone number if the financial advisers are out. Does what they say. Not a long wait to talk to an financial adviser. Karen walked out to lobby called us by name greeted us and walked us to her office there she was very friendly, respectful got information at once but still had conversation while doing her work. Made sure she answered all question. Made sure we knew to come in to see karen if or when needed welling to help with other important aspects. Overall I give mrs. Karen a 11 she done an amazing job very caring helpful best experience I had @ a bank will be keeping and hopefully doing more with Karen majewski thank you for everything. This bank is rediculous! They sold my friend a cashiers check and let the buyer put only my first name! Totally illegal...then when I go to cash it..im treated like a dog trying to cash a bad check! So..I had to bring buyer to bank with me to get it cashed...and the teller says to me.."see how we protect our customers here"? I said back to her.." I see how you sell illegal cashiers checks to customers and they can't be cashed.! Then this teller says I should open an account with them!!!! Hahahahahhaha! NEVER WOULD I EVER BANK WITH PNC!!!!

I went Friday 3/18 to withdraw my money and was told I would have to wait. So I called the PNC branch in Bayou La Batre and was told I would not have a problem. Went there and had no issues. Why this bank gave me a hard time I have no clue? I hope PNC can fix the issue with this branch

Since PNC bought a baby BBVA, It has been nothing but a nightmare. This particular location has the rudest employees, and could care less about their customers wait, or anything else for that matter. I have been waiting on a debit card since they were bought out. Every time I go into any of the branches, they don’t have any debit cards available to print. I would not recommend PNC to my worst enemy.

They have great customer service, however, their mobile banking app locks me out periodically. I have face recognition instead of password access. Because I use 6 different passwords at work I just can’t remember another one for an app I don’t often use. But when the face recognition is disabled, I’m locked out of my account. Changing your card PIN requires having it mailed to you or driving 30 minutes to the nearest branch. And their customer care hours are pretty much regular business hours so if you need help after that...guess what. I’m not overall dissatisfied but I’m not satisfied either. And when I signed up last year, I was told I’d receive the $200 gift for opening up an account and having it in good standing. My account has always been in good standing. For almost a year. No gift. Lol. Which isn’t too big an issue but if you tell me you’re going to give me something, I kinda would like to think you’ll keep your end of the deal? Considering I did. Just saying.

Very slow, and unprofessional. I opened an account on Tuesday. I promptly closed it Friday. It is 2021 and they are not up to date with technology.
