Pronto Pawn - Midtown Government Blvd, Mobile

I've got to say all together both Pronto locations here in theodore are great. Also Drew over at midtown did his absolute best to a T to make sure he took good care of me even when his hands was tied up with other things. Highly recommend Pronto Pawn.

They have no respect for anyone and will Kip you in a heartbeat. I even talked rob chase at Moffet and he told me he would call me back about my incident and he ignored me after making excuses and will not call me back at all. They have lost all of my business to Eddies on Azalea rd. Way better respect.

VERY CARELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHEAP I had a Xbox one x there pawned it for $80, tried to get it out that morning but a employee ended up dropping the Xbox one and it made a make a loud noise, instead of given us a discount half off or something for the inconvenience because in reality once you drop something it’ll never be the same he said he fixed it and made me pay full price, causing me to delay on my trip back home, pushed me a whole day back, causing me more money and time !!

I came in to sell something and it is worth 1200$ and they would not tell me what they would give me for it and then one of there employees came in to get his check and nocked off my 200$ vape off the counter and now it dose not work I will never be back there ever again

Customer Service was great and honest! Returned a VCR that wouldn't connect onto my old TV, the next day and the manager went above what I expect to satisfy me! Brand new store and very well organized. I highly recommend this store!

They will mail your stuff off even if you call to come in they have no respect for anyone just like most places they only care at the end of the day for profit. My friend was paying on her stuff for months and couldn’t make it by close of business they mailed her stuff off. Don’t do business with this company unless you want to just give them your money and valuables

Very rude will never do business with this company called them over two weeks ago about a gun and they still have not called me back Big Time run around

If u need extra cash they let u pawn stuff on Sundays real cool people never had a problem

Guys behind the counter were very friendly and I received great service. I won't be going to any other shop in Mobile!
