Trust Federal Credit Union Walnut St, Chattanooga

What kind of ATM locks their doors at 6pm on a weekday and the entire weekend? Basically makes the bank useless for people who don’t want to drive 15 miles just to get some cash out of the atm without being charged $4 extra. If I wanted to waste money on atm fee’s i’d just put my money in a bank that doesn’t have physical locations anywhere in the city. You can’t tell me it would have been that hard to put an atm somewhere where it could be accessed 24/7 like every other atm in existence. 10/10 do not suggest.

I have been a member of Trust Federal Credit Union for 15 years or more, and I cannot sing their praises enough! I love having a bank that I can call and get someone on the phone who I know personally and who will take care of everything I need. Becky Sylar in particular has been a HUGE help to me, not just over the years but especially recently. I bought a car a few days ago and financed through the credit union because they have the BEST rates around, and Becky was with me every step of the way. I ran into some snags at the dealership where I bought the car because I was an out of town buyer, and I kept having to call Becky for help. I'm positive I was driving her crazy, but she never let on that I was, and she was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and professional throughout the entire ordeal. She is the BEST!

Engaging with the employees at Trust Federal Credit Union for a loan was simple and easy. They answered all my questions, scheduled a time to close that was best for me, and were very efficient in their process.

My experience at walnut st branch of trust FCU has been nothing but a 5 star experience. From releasing funds early for a emergency flight, to the friendly personal greeting each time I enter the branch. I hope they can reopen soon.

What kind of bank closes their atm at 5pm on a weekday?!? It’s pointless to even have an ATM when it closes the same time as the office. We are in 2022, not 1970. You can’t tell me it’d be that hard to have an atm that is actually accessible more than 7 hours a day. Only credit union or bank I’ve ever used that had an atm that wasn’t 24/7. Absolutely Ridiculous.

I always have a great experience with Trust Federal Credit Union. Sherry in the loan department goes over and beyond to help. She always willing and has a lot patient to answer all your question, and if she’s not sure about the question you have asked her she is always willing to find an answer and call you right back with the answer. She is just a great person and a pleasure to do business with her.

interest rates are good. Better hope you never have to change bank accounts with your loan with them its an act of congress and they told me it was swapped.. Guess what I checked my old acct today and it was not. The teller that helped me was also very rude I had to dive there 2 days in a row to try and get it straight the second day they told me it was and it was not. Poor customer service I am very disappointed now I have NSF fees because y'all did not do what you said you were going to do even after speaking with the Branch manger. this was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a bank. I used to recommend you all to everyone. I will no longer do this. This was absolutely terrible. If you aren't going to swap the damn bank account just tell me after I drove up there the second time to hand write a piece of paper asking you toi change it then not doing it. This was sad.

Pay attention to how they manipulate money. I had five years to pay off a vehicle and after 3 years I still owned the same amount as when I started the loan.Even after always making my payments. Today I paid it Off 2 years early. I was tired I've given them thousands of dollars that was getting me nowhere.
