We recently purchased a rental property in Chattanooga area out of state, and it was a great experience, thanks to Casey and his team! It wasn't our first purchase, but if someone is purchasing home for the first time, working with Casey will make all your fear go away. Casey is extremely easy to talk to, and easy to reach. As we're purchasing from out of state, we had so many questions regarding the area. Casey happily set up a Zoom call with us, answered every questions we had, and even introduced us a realtor whom will be a good fit for us! Their website makes it easy to track down the mortgage process, upload documents, and everyone I talked to on his team is professional, polite, and very responsive. Everything went smoothly, and we can't thank Casey and his team enough.
