SouthEast Bank Chestnut St, Chattanooga

Big bank with lots of options but a small bank feel. They even call us by name! Really nice after Banking with Bank of America for 20 years and having zero loyalty or help from them! I highly recommend! Come and talk to Angie or Mitch! They're great!

Everyone I have interacted with at Southeast Bank has been attentive to detail and professional. They have consistently made banking timely and convenient. It is evident that the people who work at Southeast Bank really care about their customers and want to know not just who they are but also how they can better serve them (which is a rare thing to find in 21st century banking).

My experience with South East bank was very pleasurable. On top of the excellent service I received the staff (Angie and Mitch) at the Chestnut location in Chattanooga Tennessee really made me feel at home! Would recommend new or old small business owners to give them a try!

Juli-Ann and the downtown Chatt crew at SE are amazing. Navigating all the PPP info and situation has been an ordeal but I haven’t had to be concerned because they basically did all the work for me! I’m extremely thankful to know that some banks actually help you rather than being just a passive building that holds my money.

WOW!! What a refreshing bank. People who are human! That sit across the kitchen table and LISTEN to your needs. Yes, I said kitchen table. This is a home town bank for the community. Juli Ann Morgan and Angie Souther have come to the hose and helped my father in law set up a HELOC that has really made a world of difference for him. We were not sure what we needed so we just shared our need and they came up with the perfect solution. I am working from home and can't leave so they set up a new account for me and made it so simple. They have been fantastic to work with! Looking forward to a long relationship with friends. Mitch has also help me with a few password resets when this old woman couldn't get it together! Thats Mitch! The whole Southeast Team is GREAT!!

My wife and I opened an account here a couple of weeks ago. It was the best decision we made since moving to Chattanooga. The staff is on point. We have had a great experience. Hopefully, that continues for years to come.

Juli-Ann Morgan is phenomenal! She was so helpful, guided me and my son through getting his first checking account and setting him up with the products that were best for him. I've been very happy with Soitheast so now I am looking at a credit card I can transfer a balance to for a better rate and maybe a loan to do some work on my home.

I have worked with many banks in the past for either personal or business banking and Southeast Bank is great. Their customer service is top notch and they have handled my banking in a very professional manner. Go open a checking account with them as soon as you can!!!
