If you want to buy a car without hassle; go to trust auto and ask for Jason. I went to three dealerships before Trust Auto and this buying experience was top notch. Jason was very knowledgeable and was upfront about any defects pertaining to the car. Before we took it on a test drive, Jason informed me of a lingering cigar smell inside the car. He then ran an industrial machine multiple times to eradicate the odor which I appreciated. I really appreciated the heads up because he seemed honest and was not trying to sweep issues under the rug. Myron (the manager) was extremely helpful and respectful as well. Jason and Myron made this the best car buying experience I’ve been apart of. They were up front about the two fees that their dealership charges so you don’t have to guess what your out the door price will be. Jason and Myron are not only good car salesmen but genuinely good guys as well. The entire process was expedited as well which I appreciated. I came to look at the car two hours before the dealership closed, and picked the car up the following morning. If the opportunity presents itself, I’ll be purchasing another car from them.

Great buying experience! I worked with Nicholas and purchased a Volvo C70 in December. He was very helpful and went above and beyond sending me videose of the questions I had on the car before I drove in. I came up from NC and it was a quick and easy process plus everything was done electronically. Would definitely recommend Trust Auto and Nicholas.

After shopping around for a daily driver for almost a year, I found the right car at Trust Auto. I contacted the dealer and got a very quick response from Jason. I made an appointment to check out the car and after a quick test drive I decided to purchase the car. With the market in the condition it's in right now, I was expecting a huge mess trying to get a decent price. I was very pleased with this part of the exchange. I asked for their best price, they gave it to me, and I bought the car. pretty straight forward. They even let me check it out up on a lift in their shop to check a couple of things. Over all a very pleasant experience and I loved talking with the other employees that work there. If you need a good car at a good price, call Jason and he will make it happen!

Russ is by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I purchased a vehicle from Trust Auto while living across the country and they took videos, answered all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner, and had my vehicle delivered without a single issue. Russ in specific deserves huge recognition. He is not your average, pushy salesman. You can tell even over the phone that he truly wants to help YOU and he works in your best of interest. He's polite, knowledgable, and very prompt with answering the phone. I cannot say enough positive things about him and the dealership! Very refreshing to deal with professional and down to earth people. Wish i could do more to show my gratitude.

We sold our car to Trust Auto and dealt with Bryan Kings. We also were contacted by another buyer, one you see on TV all the time. They put timelines on the deal which were difficult to meet. When we could not meet them they dropped the price. We decided to sell to Bryan. He and his company made the transaction super easy. Every thing they told us was accurate and true. No games or renegotiations, just an honest deal. I was not familiar with Trust Auto but I urge anyone interested in buying or selling contact Bryan, you will be treated fairly and quickly with out any games.

Very happy with my purchase from Trust auto. From the initial phone call inquiring about the truck I ultimately bought, Jason was extremely helpful, I had to travel 2+ hours to look at the truck Jason took the time to take extra detailed pictures for me to see more of the truck. The truck is everything I wanted and more. Very very clean the pictures didn’t do it justice I am completed satisfied with my purchase and want to thank trust auto for making it a quick easy process!

Went there looking for a truck for my boyfriend and left with a SUV for me. I am in love with it and it has low mileage for being a 2015. Everyone was amazing especially Jason who was our sales man and David who dealt with the finances. I will definitely be going back. Best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The car buying process wasn't bad. Traded in an Equinox for a van because our family is growing. I feel we got a fair price for both vehicles. If that was the end of it I would give a 5 star review. We had a very long ordeal regarding service (I do not recommend the service dept AT ALL) but in the end it was resolved. I do really enjoy my van and Myron was very nice to work with. I've edited my review from the prior one because in the end the issue was resolved. I can recommend the sales department wholeheartedly- just don't use their service dept.

What a great car buying experience. Jason and the Trust team handled everything with aplomb. They even handled my trade in and paid top dollar! I live in Florida, so they arranged to pick up my trade and then ship the beautiful Jaguar XK I purchased. They handled all the paperwork for my Florida registration, arranged financing and made the process of a long distance transaction as easy as could be. 6/21/22 Edit to Update The managers from Trust auto are the absolute worst. I received multiple calls after my review of them attempting to fix the situation. I was told a new key had been ordered and that I would receive it in the mail. It never came. I've waited to post this update because in addition to lack of any sort of customer service, my vehicle has been in the shop weekly starting 3 months after purchase. I'm now told the car needs a new engine which is going to cost upwards of $27,000. This company is an absolute scam. They market their cars as wonderful and in great shape and the reality is that they are scam artists and liars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. The only reason I am giving this two stars instead of one is because the car I purchased has been wonderful and is in great shape. Other than that, everything else about this company is terrible. We purchased a $40k car and our rep constantly left us in his office to go out and meet with other customers so he "could close multiple deals at once." Our rep made multiple comments about how great it is to be able to close multiple deals at once while we were sitting there waiting on him to help us. He promised us there was a 2nd set of keys that I'd receive when I received my plates. Turns out those keys don't exist and getting plates is an even more terrible process. No one responded to emails stating they received my insurance docs or emissions test. When I called no one could help. Worst customer service ever. If you can buy a vehicle somewhere else, do it. Your experience anywhere else will be better. If you have no other option but to purchase a vehicle here, just know that you are just another number and they could care less about your experience or needs.

I want to start by saying I don't generally leave room for much negativity in my life especially to write a negative review. If i do write a review, I will say something positive so someone else can enjoy it as much as I did. That said, this is my honest account of some of the experiences I've had with Trust. I've remained patient and understanding throughout the experience until about now, and at this point I think people should know what they may potentially be getting into. The good: -Sales team was very friendly and welcoming. -The car was slightly over my budget and they worked with me to get $750 off the asking price and meet my cash amount. -Sales guy took money out of their pocket to pay for replacement speaker that trust didn't want to cover. speaker was cracked and hid by setting fade to rear. discovered a few days later and mentioned to Sales guy he must've forgot and it wasnt under warranty or something but was told trust wouldn't be responsible, and he wanted to keep me happy and purchased himself. Really went the extra mile! -Trust is replacing engine and covering costs and parts.(car was paid off in cash engine had blue smoke coming out exhaust at time of purchase noticed next day when in reverse a huge cloud of smoke poured in the windows wanted to get money back, they insisted on a chance to fix it). -Amazing detail cleaning service -They are upholding the warranty and installing a 3rd engine The bad: -They are installing a 3rd engine, unfortunately they chose the wrong engine the second time and pushed everything out a few weeks again to accomodate a 3rd. this process started in July. -Get everything in writing, they don't do everything they say they will, little and big issues. from gas reimbursemt amounts, ezpass, loaner vehicle, no communication, etc. -Initial purchase took very long, 4-5 hours, issue with tags and inspection paper work issue. -The staff who make decisions seem to be bound by process not prior commitments, customer satisfaction, or integrity. integrity isnt saying you're going to do something and only do the part that your obligated to do... -Chances are you are already speaking with a manager and there is no one else available for you to talk to. The ugly: -No transportation currently, work is a 60$ round trip, no vehicle for kids school and errands. Not their problem, they can't do anything else for me. -Trust does not want to pay for rental, reimburse transportation costs, but reminds me that there is technically a 200$ deductible on the warranty they aren't charging me for... No definitive date on when I will have a vehicle and they are now taking out and installing the 3rd engine. -Recieved 3 phone calls, ensuring vehicle was on its way each time, only getting a bit later. Finally told no car was going to make it out there because of a tag issue. sales guy said he fixed the tag issue for replacement loaner and that it was on its way to me. only, i wake up for grave shift to work with no vehicle, no calls, or messages. just told me I'd have a vehicle to get to work and blew me off. -called the next morning to see what happened and the people who were handling it are now off, im left with can't help you sorry for your inconvenience. no body else here can help you either. At a dead end with a vehicle for now. Loaner vehicle issues: -pulled over because their registration was susspended. -Marijuana on floor and half smoked blunt in open center console. (not judging, just concerning considering i was just pulled over in this vehicle) -emergency brake has no release -actual abs breaks went out while driving 45 mph. (no one was hurt and no accidents. close call in my briefs but thank God no one was hurt) Again, The staff seemed very friendly, and respectful. Just one set of unfortunate circumstances after the other and ultimately putting me in a very critical situation with no immediate resolution I plan to update as this progresses. I want this to be as fair of a review as possible!

I would not recommend. Purchased a used car from them... asked if anything specific was wrong with the car, as I would definitely have my mechanic once over the car. Silence. Turns out there was significant rust on the muffler flange. The sales person said, in all fairness it was UNDER the car. The dealership said they were unaware of the rust (but it's required to exam to pass inspection... Which, technically the car did pass inspection, but it would need to be replaced in the near future.) They cited a new / third party inspection place. Fine. (I wont fault the dealership for the battery dying the next day, or the completely shot speakers in the car. It could've been random, and I should've tested the speakers. But it would have been so great to have been told at the time of purchase that the speakers were shot.) Trust Auto said they would be happy to fix the joint by welding it. But I really wanted the entire pipe replaced. I had to follow up a few times and negotiate on the repairs. They finally settled on a $250 gift card which would help cover the costs for parts for me to get it done myself. (Since I did not want them to just fix the flange/joint by welding). Oddly enough I was able to get ALL of the parts for the gift card amount, which baffled me as to why they didnt want to replace all the parts at their in house shop. NEVER GOT MY GIFT CARD. They also should have credited part of their service fees, as that was where the failure occurred. One thing that was very memorable to me at the time of my purchase, was that they offer to help you submit your review of them prior to you leaving on the day of your purchase. Wow.

Typical small town dealership. They go out of their way to get you in the dealership and in a new car but never follow through when problems arise. I traveled 900+ miles by flight to buy a vehicle. Had issues with fueling the car on the way home. Let them know about it. They didn’t seem concerned so I wasn’t and continued home. Had the car inspected at a dealer back home to find the filler neck is broken and plastic is lodged in the neck. unfortunately the filler neck and gas tank are one piece and it’s nearly a $4000 repair. When they did take my calls, they gave me a run around about their service department updates etc. Since then there has been ignored emails, no call backs etc. It’s a shame I even have to write this review but I don’t see the problem ever being resolved. Maybe since I’m halfway across the country they felt as if they could ignore me and I’d forget. Just a heads up to any out of state buyers.

Good choice of cars. Approval/Post purchase decision processing is needlessly lengthy. Paid for the purchase on my credit card. It still took hours. The purchase was only weeks ago. Apparently, they have already lost the paperwork!

I recently purchased a Jaguar F Type from Trust Auto. Jason, my sales associate, was SO helpful, I have to commend him. This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle completely online, sight unseen. This process and spending this type of money would have been nerve wracking, but Jason was patient, answered all my questions, helped me find financing that matched what my credit union offered and made the entire process easy peasy! They even shipped it to my door, free of charge and it arrived a day earlier than I originally anticipated! The car was fairly represented and true to its description and I could not be happier with my purchase. I will definitely do business with Trust Auto again or anywhere Jason works should he leave. My husband found a car online that we were interested in which required a bit of travelling to see... We were willing to do so because Trust Auto had the exact car I wanted with very low miles and it was $1200 under blue book price. That was worth the ride in itself. I called and spoke to Dave Neuberth, he answered my questions and asked me to request him when we came. So we did. He was expecting us on a very busy Saturday. I called in advance to make an appt and even Alejandra knew my name! We went for a half hour drive, decided to buy the car, and David stayed late so we could take it home that night. The lot was incredible! We've never seen such a huge used lot! And it was full of high end vehicles with very low miles... We were IMPRESSED. And they were also very kind and attentive to our little dog. We have nothing but rave reviews about the quality of employees. Used car lots often give the industry a bad name... We will definitely consider going back and freely give referrals. Check it out! You'll be glad you did..... After I got home I realized there were micro chips we hadn't noticed. I had to call a manager, and I got Russ. So many chips, as it is a 16 y.o. car, and I opted to call my insurance company for replacement. Russ told me If I chose replacement that he would make sure I would be reimbursed my deductible. True to his word, I was! Thank you again and again Trust Auto! You have made a very happy customer!

We recently sold a truck to Trust Auto. Approximately 10 days after the truck was picked up we realized we left something of huge sentimental value ON the truck. Thank you to Sandra! She went out her way to arrange for its safe return. We didn't have an expectation Trust Auto would do this for us but we were hopeful to make some arrangement. We are very grateful for Sandra's kindness and the professionalism of the Trust Auto team. Thank you! Getting back to business, the sale went smoothly. Trust Auto did everything they said they would... including paying in full, upfront before they picked the truck up.

Contacted us about buying our GT-R, sent a mechanic to inspect the vehicle, gave a fair offer that was accepted. They promptly sent over documents electronically to sign, I provided the wire transfer information the next morning and payment was completed within the hour. One of the best experiences I've had with a dealership. Sandra worked quickly and promptly...was also very direct instead of playing games. 10/10 would recommend.

Trustauto is great to do business with. They provide full disclosure regarding all policies and fees, they offer a warranty on their vehicles and they stand by it. Mohammad/Service Delivery Manager helped me to resolve a small mechanical issue with my car that showed up in the first few weeks. He listened to the issue and quickly helped me resolve my problem. Even though I was not in Maryland he took care of my car! The experience I had was painless and they are great to work with. Definitely will recommend them.

Today I purchased a 2015 camaro SS from Trust Auto. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and I can honestly say this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Rass(salesman) and Myron(sales manager) were the absolute best from start to finish. Russ responded to every text message pretty much immediately after I sent it. I can honestly say next time I'm in the market for another vehicle I will be calling Russ and Trust Auto 1st. They have a great selection of vehicles and prices are very reasonable. A+ from start to finish. Just wish I could figure out a way to post a picture of the beautiful car.

Great experience with Ingrid at Trust Auto. They bought my 2017 Smart for a very fair price and the transaction was completed in less than 30 minutes, all electronically. It was a long drive from Pennsylvania to Maryland but in the end it was all worthwhile. We made a great deal for a great vehicle. The front desk staff made us feel welcome to as soon as we walked in the door. The sales staff and finance staff also made us feel very welcomed and made the environment low stress. I had a car I didn't have time to drive so I figured I would try my luck at dealers to see what kind of offers I would get. After two failed attempts I was recommended to Trust from my good friend. I decided why not try. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice person named Sami at the front desk (which was very clean and organized). I told her what I wanted to do and that I was instructed to ask for David. Sami got in touch with David and he came right out to greet me. We had a very lengthy talk about my car and after he inspected my car he knew I had taken great care of it and he made a fair offer. The entire process was so easy and David was honest and up front about everything. We made arrangements for me to come back two days later with a ride home and the entire process from there took only 15 minutes. I've bought and sold many vehicles in my life and this was the only time I left a dealer feeling great. David is a quality person. Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Basically an all around great guy. I can only speculate that buying from David is just as easy as selling to him and I can't wait to need a vehicle so I can go back to Trust and hang out with him and buy a vehicle. If you're in the market for a used vehicle don't bother going anywhere else because you're just wasting your time. Trust Auto is where you need to go!!

Jason in sales was my go to guy, worked with me as much as I needed and was fantastic throughout the whole process. Their finance department was amazing to work with! They were straight forward with my trade and got me every dollar I think he could manage. Considering just 2 years prior my experience, with a different dealer, was less than subpar, I was leery to start the process again. The communication, straight forward and amazing team at Trust Auto had me breeze through the buying process this time! Thank you Jason for taking your time and helping me with the 2018 3500 Silverado.

I got a chance to work with Keith. Guy is a rock star! Very personable and not pushy. Just wants to make sure the customer is always happy! I’m sure he’ll go far.

Love the Jeep we bought but had issues with it. Had to go back several times taking up two entire days and the problem was never resolved. Ended up taking it to the Jeep dealer who fixed the issues Trust Auto never could. Also on the day we bought it no one was there to fill the tank and as payback they offered a gift card which I am still waiting on, despite being there several times for the truck issue. Overall a mediocre experience and it would need to be a very good deal for me to consider going back. Edit: They contacted me and did get me a gift card for the fuel and actually doubled what they promised. But then in the Sam string they promised to pay me back for what I paid to fix the Jeep and I still have yet to get that check. So the review stays where it is. Edit 2: They made good on their word to send us a check for the repairs we had to do. I won't make it a full 5 stars but I did up it to 4. It took far too long to get sorted but it did end up getting sorted so I have to give credit.

Trust Auto did a terrific job of finding a great car. They have great service, with a good sense of urgency. I've noticed over all that the pro es they offer are beyond competitive. Alex was awesome. I would thoroughly recommend, as it turns out, I trust Trust Auto.

Although I did not end up purchasing the vehicle in question, I cannot speak more highly of Brian and Parker. Both of them were extremely transparent throughout the entire process. They were also very timely on responses and even went out to take extra videos and pictures as I was going to be an out of state buyer. The sales department was wonderful and Art really helped me out and kept me informed when I chose my car in November 2020. The radio wasn't working in the car and I was promised a new radio. I unfortunately did not have the best experience with Richard when it came to information in the status of when I could get my radio fixed or when I could speak with the service manager, and whether or not we could use a radio that someone had gotten me. Several times he did let me know I would get a call back from him or his Manager but each time I did not hear back. Thankfully was finally able to speak with Mike. He was very professional and understanding of the situation. He was able to get my car in the next day and they were able to use the radio that was given to me. I am very thankful and appreciative of Mike and his service team for getting my radio done quickly!

I went to Trust Auto as the last dealership on a full day of car hunting. I was shocked to find such a wide selection of makes and models when I pulled into the lot. They seem to have a full service department and treat all of their vehicles as well as possible. I was really appreciative of the non-typical "salesmanship" that my salesperson, Keith Stacy, showed. He was courteous, transparent, conversational, and wasn't pushy at all. Their policies for treating their customers seem to be top notch. They also gave me a fair and competitive price for my trade-in value. It'd be a shame for you to not at least check them out if you're nearby and they have what you'd like in stock!

After I was unexpectedly contacted online by Bryan Kings at Trust Auto, I was a little skeptical that it may be a scam. However, it turned out to be a great experience! They bought my truck in a matter of days. Everything was handled electronically, and they even picked up my truck from my home. BAD BATTERY IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!!!!!!! Traveled 2 hours to trade in a vehicle that had everything it was supposed to have (floor mats, and devices that come with the vehicle). When we got there the vehicle to be purchased was as pictured but did not come with front floor mats, is missing the remote, only has one key and we decided to overlook and continue with the purchase. No big deal. Less than a week later the battery was no good. Was tested at 2 different shops. Both said it was long past being recharged, the battery was no good and needed to be replaced. While it was being replaced at one of the two different shops. I spoke to 2 different people one of which was the manager, who stated that the battery was not covered under the warranty and would not help us in any way. This conversation took place at the local shop replacing the battery. They were shocked that Trust Auto would not cover it with it being less than a week after purchase.

First time I have dealt with online selling of a vehicle. Trust Auto and there staff where very patient with me and diligent in working through problems as they appeared. They offered a fair price for my vehicle and quick turn around on their promises. I would highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.

I live about 1.5 hours away. Purchased a 2006 Porsche Boxster. Very positive experience, no high pressure, everyone very pleasant. Within 24 hours of getting home, the check-engine light came on. Obviously I was disappointed -- especially living far away, and had my local shop check out the codes which indicated a bad O2 sensor. I texted my sales person, Steven, who responded immediately. He said he would let their service dept. know. This was late Friday afternoon, so I figured I’d hear on Monday but even after 5 pm going into the weekend, Nathan from service called me. Said they would take care of it right away the following week. I brought the car back on Tuesday. They diagnosed the problem, had new part shipped same day, installed it, but even the new part was bad. They were very apologetic and ordered another new one. So unfortunately I had to come back again, but they took care of it along with another minor issue they discovered that I assume they could have just blown-off -- i wouldn't have known about it. Responsiveness and communication are the most important things to me and they turned a negative into a positive. I also spent a lot of time in the waiting area and the woman at the front could not possibly have been nicer (wish I'd gotten her name). Which also made a big difference. They made things right no questions asked, and I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks Trust Auto team for selling me this 2017 Tesla S 100D. It's a fantastic car, and Myron did a great job of helping with a remote sale. He was quick to respond, gave me a video tour of the vehicle and replaced a missing accessory. Getting the title and plates transferred to my state was a bit challenging because the registries are backed up and the title agents just don't make your priority their priority. What should have taken a week or two went a month and a half, but Nick intervened, gave reassurance, and with a little teamwork, we solved the issues.

I have been having a very hard time finding a truck that fit my specific specifications. They had several to choose from, way more than most dealers. The location is full of hundreds of vehicles, many VERY nice. There is a lot of room inside for people to work with you and have privacy. I was helped by Keith, a young guy who is surprisingly knowledgeable for his age, and very helpful at every step of the process. I couldn't believe how many people were there getting vehicles, and how busy they were, and despite this, Keith was able to juggle many clients simultaneously. David works financing and was awesome too, who can answer any question about financing, credit, etc. The best thing is everyone is real with you, telling it to you straight, and upfront about everything. Give them a shot.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle for our daughter at Trust Auto (Nissan Altima Hybrid). At first, it was a lot going on and we decided to leave. The receptionist ran out to us apologizing and a sales rep was ready for us. We test drive the vehicle and made the purchase. Once we got home I did a thorough and found a few cosmetic issues. I called back to our sales rep Steve in which he had the Service Manger immediately called back. All the items that I brought to their attention was taken care of by the TRUST AUTO TEAM.... Car bought: 2014 Audi Q7, tfsi, Oct-5, 2021. Among the dealers I have dealt with, Trust Auto is definitely a better place to get a used car. But this is ONLY based on how a customer is treated. Nick Fulton, the sales rep was great in answering my questions and was honest to acknowledge if he didn't know anything. He was patient with my requests to test drive 4 vehicles. Also, visually the place is great especially with so many mechanics and technicians working on each vehicle to make sure they are in an acceptable shape before being listed online. For these aspects, I would recommend anyone to go here. HOWEVER, when it comes to getting a good deal, I'm not sure they care. Even after my repeated requests to at least take $200 off of the total (exorbitant) fee and other costs, they seem to ignore what I had asked and also they quoted a VERY HIGH INTEREST rate at more than 5.2% EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORE. (I know this is high because the same Capital One bank gave me 4.2% at another dealership just last week). I know the dealership could have done better AT LEAST in this regard even if they don't want to reduce any of their fees. All said and done, if you are looking for any consideration with any cost you pay for a vehicle (even as low as $100), this may not be the place. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a customer friendly place where you are treated with respect, This Would Be The Place which is definitely worth it. WHEN IT COMES TO INVENTORY, THEY HAVE QUITE THE COLLECTION AND THE SPACE FOR IT. GOOD LUCK.

I had an excellent experience with Trust Auto. Bought a 2008 Porsche 911 Carrera yesterday and Jason, Myron and their team were informative, fair, honest and SIMPLE to work with. Bought a 2009 GT-R from Trust Auto. The 1-mo warranty affirms that the car will pass emissions. The price I was charged for the car was inclusive of a pre-sale inspection by the dealer, yet the car purchased had been straight piped, with 3 Catalytic Converters removed. Trust Auto took the car back to their shop to attempt to fix the issue, and when they decided they were uncomfortable re-installing the 3 Cats - decided to refund me the purchase price of the car.

Brian Vasquez and his team were more than accommodating and pleasant to work with during this car buying experience! Most of the legwork was able to be done back and forth over the phone and through email which made things pretty efficient. Good people and good service throughout I would definitely recommend.

Dealing with Russ and Myron on the purchase of my “ new” 2012 convertible MONI Cooper could not have gone smoother. I found the car on CarGurus and quickly contacted the dealership. I was fortunate to reach Russ and we communicated by the internet at first, then by phone. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive, non-pressured salesperson. He answered all of my questions ahead of time. Then I drove 500 miles to the dealership in Maryland, was given a fair trade on the car I was trading for the MINI, test drove the MINI, filled out the paperwork with Myron and was on the road in about 1 1.2 hours. A long trip for a great car and experience with Russ and Myron.

Sale went smooth. Love my new truck. Myron and David were both great. Also one of the mechanics (who's name has slipped me) was also very helpful. He drove the truck after I did to determine what was causing the steering wheel shake. He determined it was the front tires. They ordered and threw on some brand new tires and problem solved! One negative about this place, and I've seen other reviews claiming the same, is communication.

Good selection of vehicles but extremely poor customer service. Never have I had to have the second key mailed to me after the purchase. I am now a month out from my purchase and still waiting on my key, registration, and license plate. No one can provide an ETA or answer my questions regarding the status. I would certainly avoid working with this dealership in the future as they do not seem to have their business process figured out. Constant run around passing me from one person to another but no actual resolution. **Update** After posting this review a manager contacted me. She was able to mail the key out immediately. The plate and registration were received within a few days after that. I've updated the review to 3 stars to reflect the assistance and problem resolution.

From day one when I bought my 2016 Chevy Tahoe my salesman Nicholas was really great. No pressure, very friendly and informative. Two weeks later I had an issue with the air conditioner not working and called Nicholas who put me into the service department where I met Mohammad who was nothing short of professional, courteous and diligent trying to solve the issue. After two weeks of what I thought was fixed it stopped blowing cold air, again I called and took the vehicle back and Mohammad serviced my truck and fixed the problem, Richard the service advisor followed up with phone calls which was very professional. Found the car on the AutoTempest search engine and their vehicle showed up 5 hours away in the exact spec I was looking for (2014 Mercedes E550) I was highly impressed with the quality of service starting from the customer service rep to the salesmen, they made sure the car was good to go, full tank, and even offered me a ride to drop off the rental I used. Buying process was streamlined and I was out of there with my car in an hour and a half. This is a great business model that should be the standard for all used car dealers. Next time they have a vehicle I'm looking for, they will be my first stop even though I am over 5 hours away.
