We did not use a realtor and had many other obstacles thrown our way that he helped with. I worked with David a few years back and he was wonderful. He gave me so much insight in the process of buying a home and made me feel like I truly had someone working on MY side. The first time I worked with David, the house did not work out. We had a bad experience with a realtor and were soured from the experience for a few years. I started the process again this year and knew David was the only one I wanted to help me with this journey. Easy to reach and found the perfect loan for us based on our needs. David Zuckerman, with Millennial Home Loans was incredibly down to Earth and easy to talk to. Especially when I certainly don’t know the ropes of mortgage financing. Always available to talk to and if not, always responded within a reasonable time. Took all the stress and anxiety out of buying our home which was huge!

I highly recommend his services! 11/2019: David was able to get me a great rate - better than anyone could in my area. David was quite knowledgeable and responsive. Anne was also quite helpful and very sweet. I only wish I could have got to speak to her over the phone as we only really conversed via e-mail. In any case, they assisted in getting us into a very nice home at a great rate... I appreciate them very much!
