No way of reaching the branch, and lack of customer service in general.

The Whole company sucks, no point in banking with a bank that doesn’t allow you to access your money.

I would advise anyone to avoid ever being a member or supporting this credit union. This credit union seriously violates our civil rights. As a Jewish person and a minority I take civil right issues very seriously. There is a sign on the door that states that law abiding citizens, even those legally licensed to carry a firearm for protection are not allowed to enter the building. They are basically advertising to all the criminals in the area that all the people in this credit union will possibly have large amounts of money and will be unarmed. Indeed, if anyone gets robbed or hurt at this bank because they were forced to be disarmed, I think a serious lawsuit should be made holding the bank responsible, for both denying what is a constitutional right and then helping to notify all the criminals in the area that the customers are unarmed. Do they really think any of the criminals will care about their sign? This sign is to punish law abiding citizens and according to our Constitution should not even be allowed. Just as they should not ban Jews or Black people from their bank, they should not ban law abiding gun owners who may be withdrawing or depositing large amounts of cash into the credit union and now have no means to defend themselves.

I re-financed my car through Truliant and the whole experience was very pleasant. The whole process took an hour tops in the bank. Christian was very helpful and wonderful getting everything ready and explaining how to do this or that. The rest of the Truliant was also very nice and welcoming. Glad to become a member at Truliant!

Absolute crooks, I applied to refinance an automobile was told I was approved. I was told I had to provide an enormous amount of information which I did. I had to open a bank account with truliant. I literally spent hours completing paperwork to find out someone had input something into the system wrong and that they where reversing my approval. Absolutely horrible experience. Absolute incompetence.
