Wells Fargo Bank Market Square Dr, Huntersville

We moved from NYC last week and I came in today to open up a checking account. I received exceptional customer service from Liz Hernandez. She was pleasant, professional and so kind! She really made my initial experience with Wells Fargo a great one. Thank you so much Liz!

Banking services were outstanding. I had complex and specialized transactions and account setup, working with their legal department .They bent over backwards to make sure everything was correct for me. Services are always friendly ,efficient and knowledgeable. They utilize their resources to provide high-quality service and satisfaction.

I have been a customer for a little over a year now. I am considering closing my account after the way I was treated at this location. The teller was unprofessional. I was told that no one could resolve my problem. I was told by corporate that this location created the problem. As I walked away distressed about the matter the teller began laughing. I saw nothing funny. It was unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of going to this Well's Fargo Branch today and working with Kurt Engelhardt, Personal Banker II Officer. Kurt went above and beyond to assist me with notarizing some documents in reference a transaction. He was a huge help and really allowed me to resolve this lingering transaction nightmare. He truly understood that it doesn't hurt to be nice and work with seasoned clients of Wells Fargo, Wachovia and First Union. Kurt was even able to share some great programs that Wells Fargo is currently offering clients. Fantastic customer service was demonstrated during the entire process. Thanks Kurt....

Super helpful and attentive staff. So polite and fun to chat with while they’re helping you. I hope they got to go get their Nothing Bundt cakes..they deserve it!

Always had a great experience at Wells Fargo bank! Everyone is so attentive and knows me by name! I have always looked forward to my visits to Wells Fargo bank. They make you feel like family and a close friend!👍👍 up!

I would give this bank a better rating because they really exceed the standards of all other Wells Fargo locations. That being said...I used to be a customer of Wachovia for many years on the other side of Charlotte, but since it switched over the customer service left with it. :( This location is good, IF you HAVE to bank there.

Can you give them less than zero stars? This is the most pathetic example of management I have ever seen. How can these employees expect to excel when there is no leadership? This is why Wells Fargo continues to build a pathetic reputation. Funny, you can't even post a review unless you give them one star. LOL.

This branch needs more help. I understand about Covid concerns, but two tellers for the inside and the drive-through banking customers is not okay....

Worst bank. Don't come to this bank underdressed, they DO judge a book by its cover. When I came in a t-shirt and shorts I couldn't get any one of the managers to come out and help me. When I came in a full suit they were tripping over themselves to get to me.
