This branch location doesn't have a drive-thru so you have to go inside. I needed to speak to a member service specialist about documents in which there was a 30 min wait; but in spite of the wait I had a courteous and down home experience with Crystal Villalobos.

Friendly staff, very Attentive and eager to help. Very comfortable atmosphere not stuffy. I can't say enough good things about this branch. Very very please!

Poor service, STAFF UNFRIENDLY, always get inaccurate info about hours or lobby open, closed, by appointment only. I know things are different with Covid, but your call center, branches, and google listings have or give wrong info. I am regretting having joined this Bank/Credit Union.
