I came in here looking for a laptop and Mr. Lawrence was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the items available. With his help I was able to find the right laptop for the type of work I was going to be doing. He was very friendly and helpful I would definitely come back and I do recommend coming to him for anything you may be looking for.

I was helped by Grant today. This was my first time shopping at this location and the experience was pleasant! Grant found me exactly what I needed, gave me a great deal, showed me how to work the new equipment and threw in a mouse! He even helped me by submitting an IT ticket for my rewards program. I was in and out so fast and the customer service was A+! I'm so happy with my purchase and will be returning here.

I was helped by Unique at the location on battleground and it was a quick easy experience. All of the staff were friendly and I was offered more for what I was selling than I originally even wanted. Great experience would recommend anyone to go here for a reputable pawn shop in the Greensboro area.

Stopped by National Pawn on Battleground to inquire about some items I had to sell due to downsizing and Delma was so helpful. This is truly an upscale pawn shop, very clean and well organized with friendly and helpful staff. They gave me a fair price for an item I had and welcomed me to bring a few more items I had questions about. I will definitely be returning to sell and shop.

Went here for my last phone & today Ryan sold me laptop 🥳 I was in and out on my way with my new device in about 20 min. UPDATE: So Ryan Did not Explain the Policy correctly and when I went to do a return, I was out of $250 for an HP laptop. Now I'll have to sell it on my own. It is what it is, but make sure you're being accurate about your policies. I was told I had 30 days to do a return. Not 3 days.

Usually don’t leave reviews but I was disappointed with the business I recently had with this shop. It’s obvious that things sold here are used and have wear and tear on most of the items but when you look a customer in the eye and tell them that what their about to purchase works and then it doesn’t thats bad business!!. I usually only buy firearms from pawn shops so this is my fault but I had like this electric dirk bike for my son for Christmas so I gave it a try and turns out I got played and not for my money cause that’s my fault but for one of my sons Christmas gift that doesn’t work nor charge. My friend and I visited on 3/9/21 in search of a bicycle. We saw two with about a $40 difference. We wanted to try them out by riding in the parking lot. Hesitant we'd be told no, we waited behind other patrons being serviced to ask. The manager Lawrence saw me waiting and inquired how he could help. When I asked if we could give it a quick ride, there was no hesitation in saying yes to both! We decided we liked the higher priced bike better.
