I was not at all pleased with this financial institution's location. I am a Black man who is a small business owner in search of small business funding. I received very little information on resources and help as to how I could gain approval for funding. The banker I met with was not at all eager and motivated to gain my business as a member and was not at all familiar with SBA resources for small business. I do not recommend other small businesses, especially brown men to seek funding from this financial institution.

Sick and tired of the big banks with their layers of bureaucracy, mistakes, and arrogance. Applied for an auto loan with Truliant. Fast response , great rate, no runaround or bait and switch bs or other issues. If everything plays out like it seems I will be switching all my banking to Truliant and bringing family and friends with me. So far so good

This is the worst Truliant location to come to in Charlotte, NC. First starting with the bank teller Taneisha very unprofessional, does not go by policy or protocol . She is not a person of detail and definitely could use more experience and training . Secondly the Manager Broderick Wells of the location is very disrespectful and rude after coming to this location twice in one day having to leaving my job due to their constant mistakes he was not comforting to the fact that I was super frustrated from having to leave work to handle something that should have done the right way in the first place . My time spent at this place ended with me Having to call the police on the manager because of his lack of training to bank tellers and also his lack is sympathy. Definitely don’t recommend this location and will be reporting him to the BBB.

it was ok no real complaints but you have to earn the 5th star by being exceptional above and beyond for me. They were very courteous and polite. I do not bank currently with Truliant but found that Truliants credit union ATM was a member of my Credit unions (allpoint network for their ATM), I wanted to know if i could deposit cash into my account if that account is with another Credit union. I was advised quite politely that they are no longer a part of the network that atms that allow that. experience was professional and polite
