I do not live near a branch. The branch numbers only reroute you to a corporate wait line. I am still not sure how to speak to someone at an actual location. The email option only tells you to call. High rates, although my credit is stellar. They do give a free online option for payments. It’s a draft but it’s free.

The staff helped me resolve my issues without a problem. Only complaint is that I found the staff to be pretty rude (more condescending) towards the customers. I don't go inside Truliant very often and I probably will avoid going inside even more so from now on at this location...

Sure, their rates are great.... BUT - After spending 25 minutes on the phone not getting a resolution on an EASY fix with other banks, I'm now sitting in the lobby waiting on the ONE person who can help me. Been here 15 minutes thus far.... Clearly are not staffed enough at this location to say the least.

Professional and Super friendly. Treats you like family. Very important to be patient and explain certain Banking procedures and/or programs, loans, and investments that you may qualify for.

Never answer your calls nor return your calls !!! Poor service . Customer service is very rude and to many questions. They put you on hold to long and transfer you all over the place! Im hot mad..

AVOID THEM at all cost. Their rates are great but they will charge you for extra insurance and other costs WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW. I just noticed I had been charged about 10% of my loan three years ago, and now I have to pay it off. they have no sympathy or any sense of responsible customer service.

You would think since they won’t let people come inside they would make the drive thru process much faster but no. Worst bank. Slow bankers, they talk to each other to much rather then focus on customers. Burlington location is the absolute worst

Horrible service. Rude and not helpful at all only 3 locations in Alamance County can't go into 2 of them and the one on University Dr. Will not do teller transactions. This is why I am closing all my accounts with them and going to State Employees Credit Union... Been with Truliant since 1997...

Was double charged for same service Trying to call and get it straighted out, yeah, good luck with that.. So called automated system act like it dont hear me, and kee,ps asking the same question over and over, even when I respond The system is worthless Now I have to go in in person, cant get anything done with Truliant on the phone

Something is wrong with the ATM almost every time I stop at this branch.
