Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Glidewell Dr, Burlington

This place is so under staff. Makes you want to close your account with bank of America. This is how bad it is. Waited more than 30 minutes just to do domestic wire, absolutely ridiculous. The only Eason I gave 2 starts is Lauren - she was nice and took care of everything.

Very bad customer service. Don’t acknowledge you when you’ve been standing in line for over ten minutes for a teller . They just stare you down & go about what they were doing . Don’t tell you that they will be right with you . Horrible service. Bank of America

Spoke with Matt at this location earlier this morning about cashing a check (I don't have an account at the bank but the check I was given was drawn there). He was so friendly, polite and knowledgeable. When I went in the bank to cash said check, the tellers I dealt with were fantastic... and even said that they knew the lady who'd written the check and commented on how nice she was. I happen to agree! Thank you Matt for great customer service on the phone and in person!

Since when does BOA not follow banking hours. Closing at 4? What??? I have banked at BOA for 20 years and this is ridiculous. The Wells Fargo around the corner is still open til 5. If you don’t watch it you’re gonna lose customers. Not everyone wants to do online banking and I’m sure that’s what you are pushing. We run a business and people still write checks to us. I’m not going to take photos of 20-30 checks on the app. Just not happening. Again this is ridiculous. You are a bank. Therefore you need to abide by banking hours.

What's with this place closing at 4pm during the weekdays? Bank of America has closed down every financial institution in the smaller towns and now we can't even do business after work. Are they looking to run off customers? This is a great way to get that started...

My friend tried to deposit money into my account and they told her the don't take cash. And then they would not sell her a cashier's check because she isn't a customer. This is very bad customer service and I am really considering leaving this bank.

There is not enough staff and they take their time very bad to keep customers waiting.

Tellers never want to help customers. I’m always told to use the ATM for everything. Go to deposit cash in the drive thru ATM and it spits my money back out on the ground. Glad it wasn’t windy. A friend told me it’s been broken since last week and that I’ll need to go inside. I hate going inside to use the ATM. People stand too close.

It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. If you do, you leave a message and no one calls back. They are short staffed, no one works the drive thru anymore - they walk it to the front counter and you are taken care of in between the walk up people. This used to be a great branch - now it takes forever to do anything here.
