Truist 14th St, Bradenton

Rude service. Not willing to do their job. Waited in the outside just for them to tell me to come inside and when I asked why did I have to come inside for a service that I always do outside she told me because the line inside was to long. I left went to another bank and they were more then happy to help me OUTSIDE

I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT OUR INTEREST ON A VEHICLE LOAN FOR 2021 AND ALL I CAN GET IS OPTIONS THAT TAKE ME NOWHERE. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER ON OUR ACCOUNT AND GOT STUPID. ASK FOR OUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND AFTER I ENTERED IT I GOT " I DON'T RECONIZE THIS INFORMATION. GUESS I'LL HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE BANK TO GET WHAT I NEED. THANK GOODNESS WE PAIDTHE LOAN OFF IN JANUARY.AND WHAT IS TRUIST PLEASE?

Closed down my neighborhood Bank in Bayshore.I am forced to come to this location. I have been sitting at this drive-thru now for 25 minutes and it has not moved!

This bank is a scam. Do not open an account here. They randomly put a 10 hold on a check I cashed weekly. Then I went up to close the account after an overdraft fee and they said "we can't close the account until the 'cash' clears, but we will close it in the morning" the account sat pending closed for 2. Then a random charge went through and and they are trying to pin me with another overdraft fee. If I pay it the same thing will happen "wait for cash to clear" craziest thing I've heard in my life. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE.

Suntrust is absolutely the worst bank ever. I had 8 return item fees from the same merchant. Clearly was an error . I called, waited on hold for almost 2 hours to have someone say they can't help me. I asked to close account and was told I can't until return items fees were paid and if not paid i would accrue more charges. GO TO ANY BANK BUT SUNTRUST

The staff at this bank, especially Quiyon, always takes such good care of us at Deckard & Company, Inc.

When I called customer service on Monday they referred me to a local branch to verify my ID. I went to the branch in The Villages, Fl. over an hour wait to see banker. I was on my lunch break and unable to wait over an hour. I travel for my job and I am in Bradenton this week. Thanks to meeting Michael Haynes in the Bradenton 14th St location I have faith staying with Suntrust. I went in the Bradenton location to verify my ID. Walked in and Mr. Haynes was with a client. As soon as Mr. Haynes was done with client came out and introduced himself and helped me right away. I explained the issue and he help me. Within 20 minutes Mr. Haynes and the customer service rep on phone had me verify and my rent finally got paid. I would recommend Michael Haynes to everyone I meet here in Bradenton. His customer service was 4 stars out of this world. He should be going to locations showing other employees how customer service works. Wish I lived here and can do business with just him.

Over hour wait time drive thru on a Wednesday after 1PM absolutely ridiculous horrible service ! Hope this isn’t a sign of service to come after merger with Truist 🤬

I LOVE this Suntrust Branch. I will actually drive out of my way to come to this one. I deal with Peggy and Crystal mostly. Peggy is a teller there who always is very polite and helps me with everything I need and in a speedy manner. Crystal has bent over backwards helping me acheive things in not only my business accounts I hold their but also my personal. I never have any issues speaking with someone when I call and I always get my issues resolved. (It is very rare that I have any issues with Suntrust.) I have gone to several other branches for Suntrust and it is obvious I hold several accounts and am more often than not tried to be pushed into a new product they have. I have never felt that Southwood was trying to sell me or push me to do anything. Thank you Southwood for excellent service!
