Manager has no trust in certain customers that bank with them. Just remember financial institutions is nothing without the people that give their credit to your accounts with their signature. Its sad that a corporations reputation gets judged by an individuals personal mindset or ignorance of bank policy or codes that govern financial transactions.

I've had nothing but great service at this location. Also I've done business with a lot of banks and BB&T is by far the best bank in all areas of services provided. If you don't do business at this location then use one of the BB&T's somewhere! I drive past other banks to get to a BB&T any day!

I went to this location on Carmel rd this morning and was waited on accordingly until the teller looked at me and asked me had I cash this check already I said how when you just seen me tear it from the attached information. Then she turned and apologized to the other person as if it was might fault why she was taking so long with only one person in there anyway which was her. Then she tells me she couldn’t verify my check not the first time bb&t has let me down. I hate this racist as bank. I did get my check cashed no thanks to them though

By far the worst employees ever at BB&T. They are so rude! I've never experienced anything like it at any other locations. Something needs to be done. I will continue to write negative reviews until improvements are made.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. They charge fees over ofees and when you come to the branch to talk with someone they ask you to call someone else. And the positive feedbacks looks like its from their employees.

Soumaya (a guess the branch manager) needs to step down from her position. She holds a Medallion stamp and doesnt know what it is used for. Refused to signature guarantee my signature as occupant of executor office for an estate issued negotiable instrument/bond/check. Comes up with all types of excuses after identifying myself. Asking question about who is the company that the instrument is issued which has nothing to do with guaranteeing that my signature is not forged. There are many type of securities, not just what you are use to seeing. The first excuse, my stamp is limit is 250k. Two of the instruments are under 250k. Second excuse, let me go and fax over to the legal dept. The legal dept doesnt hold the stamp, you do. If presented with the documents as authorized to sign, also POA, what is legal dept gonna do different? Then she directs to doing a notary. For a tradable security instrument? Every Fin. Institution has list of requirements to guarantee signature. But she cant provide me the requirements. Which then showed her requirements from another institution. I asked to call or email the legal dept in front of me. Came up with more excuses. So whats the real problem? I can make a guess. She never seen someone like myself with a check of that amount. Nothing new, this happens all the time. Refuse to do her job when someone is paying with their own money. And again, the purpose of a Medallion Signature guarantee stamp, is to guarantee that the signature wasnt forged before transfer or sale. Soumaya, its not your job to determine if an investor wants to buy it or not on the market. Any branch manager that refuses to guarantee your signature after providing all necessary documents and you have an account with them, is basically saying you a liar, thief and i dont trust you. But they find themselves working for institution that has the word "TRUST" in its assume name. Lets not forget, the instrument says its BACKED BY THE FULL FAITH AND CREDIT OF UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT with U.S. code to support it.

You might as well not even go to this BB&T for any branch banker help. Soumaya told me without any ID I would have to wait 3 days to get a replacement card in the mail, unfortunately when my wallet got stolen I didn't have any other form of ID. I had gotten a replacement using my social and security questions at another BB&T before so I knew it had to be possible. I tried to explain I needed to get new cars for gas in my car and she still said "I can send you one in the mail" it was like dealing with customer service over the phone but worse. I then promptly took the money I could out of my account, out the gas I needed into my car and drove to another branch where I was able to get a temporary card just with giving them my social and answering security questions. What would they make you have security questions for anyway, obviously she didn't want to work with me or didn't believe me which in my opinion is rude and unprofessional.

Have used this BB&T location for the last two years, and been to many BB&T locations over the last ten years that I've been a client. Have always experienced friendly and knowledgeable service here, and have not had any of the negative experiences other reviews have shared. Great place for me, happy to recommend them.

BB&T and specially the management at this location is not good at all. The employees here are helpful except the branch manager. Their hidden fees are UNBELIEVABLE. Customers are not a priority.

If I could give this bank a 0 I would. Horrible customer service, not to mention SLOW AS HECK. The manager doesn't act like a manager at all, rather as a brand new employee. Do not go here.
