Truist Manning Rd, Accokeek

The ATM machine will not let me deposit anymore and the night drop box never has deposit envelopes! This has caused me a lot of grief. I either have to drive 20 miles round trip to go to another branch or overdraw my account! Now I just noticed the ATM doesn’t even work at all!! I am in the food and beverage industry. I really rely on being able to deposit any day and weekends at any time of the day and night. This is very inconvenient and makes me want to change banks!!.

One of the worst locations ATM is always out of order. Its the closest SunTrust I drive bit to get here. Then this location so out of date they don't even have a outside atm

Suntrust has merged with Truist Bank .... Please check your saving account ALL accounts at this bank I just had a large amount of money taking out my savings.. No paper trail of documents for this transaction. You only have 30 days to report it and the bank refuse to give me my money back and Headquarters refuses too.. They told me whoever did the transaction had my account number and ID ... think about what I just said ...Please share this info with your relatives and friends

Worst bank I ever been to.... went to drive up at 1130am at the Accokeek branch, only 2 cars in front of me. Had to WAIT 30 MINUTES before I got waited on. I asked the bank employee why the wait was so long, and her response was that she only had 2 hands and she was the only teller working. Come on, why not have 2 tellers working the drive up seeing that the inside of the bank is closed due to the virus. Time to change banks...........

I have been going here for years. I always got treated with respect and never had any bad things happen to me since I have been with Suntrust.

Not pleased with this bank at all. I opened an account here at this location. Service at that time was great! However now everytime I need to do a withdrawal it’s always an issue. My signature doesn’t match, my New ID looks fraudulent.. It’s always something. Not please. Very bad decision opening an account here. Navy federal credit Union is in the same shopping center. If you can. Go there ..

I have tried to use the ATM machine multiple times beginning with the conversion to TRUIST at approximately 0430 in the morning. The machine does not even give the option to withdraw money. If the machine was working it would be very convenient, as it is on the way to work. I use the Waldorf branch ATM and it works every time, 15 minute later. Is this because the machine is out of money, or something to do with the TRUIST conversion. David Koznowsky

Came here yesterday and the manager was extremely rude. Had an attitude when asking for information and mistakes on my account. Do NOT go here unless you want to be treated rudely and patronized. If suntrust employs people like that, I’m legitimately considering closing my account. Just avoid this branch altogether.

Veterans day hours are incorrect... not open at all on veterans day... would have been nice to know before i drove 15 miles out of the way... not to mention that the majority of the tellers here are just miserable... although it does happen occasionally, rarely do i walk out of this branch with a smile, the attitude and mood is contagious... I try to avoid this branch of at all possible, however since the bryans road branch closed a few years ago, this is the only branch in the western part of the county... 😢
