Truist S U.s. Hwy, Port St. Lucie

I have a car loan through Truist; my son totaled the car prior to the first payment even being due. Progressive has been repeatedly trying to contact the Total Loss Department and gets met with voicemail and no call back. I tried today, and the computer hung up on me. My second call I was met with the same voicemail. They had better not try to screw with my credit or make me pay when they won't even return an insurance company call who wants to give them money! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Every time I have tried to go to this location, it has taken an excessive amount of time to do anything. They can make all the excuses they want, but this location has been this bad since our office moved to PSL back at the beginning of 2019. I just drove to the St Lucie West location after waiting in the drive through for almost 30 minutes behind the same person. The line never moved and they only had 1 lane open, like they always do.

There was people in the waiting room in the lobby and one of the inexperienced employees that have no clue what they're doing did not let me in it was not closed yet it was a Saturday but it wasn't closed yet and they had people there lazy incompetent workers they just want to finish quick and leave newbies that don't deserve to have a job.

Accepted a bank loan for a vehicle. Vehicle totalled in a fire. Bank gave my insurance company incorrect payoff amount. Now I'm paying of the amount and the bank continues to raise my minimum due every time I make a payment. Currently, my minimum due almost equals my payoff amount. In addition, the bank is "Nickel and Dime-ing" with random late fees despite early and on-time payments. NO CONFIDENCE IN THIS BANK.

Sad, this facility is closing due the merger with Sun Trust. Hopefully the folks here get hired there.

Worst bank ever since the switch over. Can't wait to get my money out to switch banks. Takes 45 mins to deposit a check or do anything through the drive through. Ridiculous!

Dawn and Monique are AWESOME! Incredible managers who lead by example of making the customer a priority. You could not find better service like we receive from this branch anywhere on the Treasure Coast! Would not bank anywhere else. They appreciate my business and I appreciate them for caring so much about me!

This place has gotten so s SLOW. 20 minutes for drive thru service only car here.

This is the worst bank ever!!! Horrible hours and the customer service there sucks. If you're thinking about opening a bank go somewhere else right next to them is SunTrust bank i would rather pay them 7 bucks to cash my check then deal with them and get my check cashed there for free.

The staff is excellent, especially Diego. Unfortunately, we just moved out of state and the staff at our new bb&t isn't as friendly. Will miss the great customer service!
