RJ was fantastic. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and RJ was so accessible for all of my questions. He was able to make this such an easy process for me. We had a few issues (on the buyers side) and he was able to keep me informed, help me understand the process, and navigate all the issues that came up, quickly. At no point during this process did I feel left in the dark. He was compassionate and professional and I truly felt taken care of the entire time. He was even able to get me a lower rate than what I was originally offered. I highly recommend RJ.

I went to see RJ Hanke about a refinance on my existing reverse mortgage. He did all the paperwork necessary and submitted it. The company assigned a professional to figure how much my place is worth. The figure came back as $259,000. The mortgage company did not accept this and I was told I needed to have a second appraisal done. The mortgage company hired an appraiser who came in under $200,000. Mr. Hanke agreed with me that this is so far off there is no refi deal here. Mr Hanke pursued this matter further and eventually got the mortgage company to accept a third appraisal. This 3rd appraisal came in at $260,000 and we now have a deal. Because Mr. Hanke was so persistent this refi went through. Mr. Hanke is a true devoted professional who is very knowledgeable and knows this business very well. I was very satisfied with Mr. Hanke for if it were not for his persistence there would not have been a deal. That could have cost me over $40,000 on my line of credit. Thanks to him the deal went thru and I now have $40,000 more in my account.
