Holly and her team go above and beyond for not only our company accounts, but our employee and personal accounts as well. Recently I've had to call and email to get assistance with our online banking (my user error), opening additional accounts for new companies while merging. Holly was gracious enough to walk us through online, and fix things on her end where applicable. The team there always promptly return calls/emails and texts to check in on us through various transitions and ensure things run smoothly. I could not possibly say enough good things about the crew at this branch, I'm so thankful for their help and personal customer service. Thanks guys, we appreciate you all, so much!

Holly was extremely rude and condenscending a couple months back. I think she’s in charge of the other bankers, if you can go to the other banker located outside of her office do that , she was much more friendly and helpful. Also the wait time to see a banker is extremely long. I’ve sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before and they’ve seen someone who came in after me first. I really wouldn’t use this bank if the other branches weren’t so far from me.

Terrible location. They are very rude and condescending at this location. As a bank I love bb&t but I do believe that they need to let go of the rude employees at this location in order to improve service for customers.
