I worked here, & I highly recommend this Pawn Shop out of all others! We are specifically trained to meet customers needs, fast and friendly. While i worked here the manager Stan makes sure we don't leave any customer waiting. Everyone in and out. Unlike other pawn shops. Every customer leaves happy. I appreciate the opportunity i had working here, and i know I'll recommend Fiesta Pawn to everyone!

great place lots of kool stuff they have a little bit of everything the manager always makes good deals definitely will go back. also some people need to get some knowledge about how the pawn shop works and quit complaining about what you get nobody has a gun to your head to force you to take the loan or to sell your item move around with all that BS they could have just passed on your $1599 dollar laptop be glad they made an offer

Great place very friendly employees very knowledgeable and helpful !!! Oh my God I just read the review and it said that the ladies car was going to catch on fire 🔥 due to a speaker wire I don’t know if she doesn’t know or she doesn’t Google stuff or what the hell her problem is but her car cannot catch on fire with the speaker wire there’s no hot wire to that it’s a speaker And she want you to empathize with her so she adds the fact that she and her babies were in the car really !!! her husband is more knowledgeable than her because he didn’t sit down to write a review !!! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

My husband went to try and sell his speakers and the man was extremely rude!!!!!! Then when the man pulled the speakers out to look that them, he pulled the hot wire and didnt let us know and my car almost caught on fire with me and my babies in the car!!! I was refered to this place from a good friend and was highly disappointed. I will not return and dont suggest anyone go there

I know one thing if someone here is rude it is the customers. This is a professional staff. On my second visit I was acknowledged by name upon walking through the door. Like any and all pawn shops they will only offer what is allowed by the actual company they work for. I have been in a jam many times in the last two years. Not only did I get a substantial loan on my items but the staff expressed concern for my troubles. Miss Natalie with the best costumer service, telling me where I could look for a job. I read several reviews before writing mine. I have one thing to say, Maybe some of your stuff wasn't what you thought. I had no problem getting a decent loan for mine. Its called kindness and respect. Treat others with it and in return you'll get it. God Bless them all for really caring about the customers.

I was looking for a special gift for my girlfriend and ran into Liz who is one of the employees! Liz help me find my girlfriend a engagement ring 💍, her customer service was amazing!! She took the time to help me find the perfect ring for my girlfriend! And to top it off they gave me a great deal and her Manager Stanley cleaned it like he was purchasing it for his wife!!! 🤣🤷🏾‍♂️Thank you so much guys!!! Ask for Liz tell them Steve sent you!!! Natalie the manager is not helpful at all. Went to buy a used phone and asked for a deal and would not offer a deal. This pawn shop os slowly going out of business because of the customer service not being there. When u cater to ur community it will cater to u.

Demonica is a great employee there I came and she helped find what I was looking for and I was satisfied with my purchase but I was also impressed with her customer service. She will help you and make sure you got what your looking for. Fiesta pawn shop, thank you for having demonica as an employee she is GREAT AT WHAT SHE DOES. Give her a raise please lol she deserved it

I have to rate this place 1 star. They are not helpful , as a matter of fact, my husband's laptop got stolen and the police told us to check all the pawn shops, there was a Hispanic lady working here and she was very rude and disrespectful to my husband and refused to help him. I wouldn't recommend this pawn shop to anyone.
