    We love PrimeWay! We have been with this bank for at least 30 plus years, and the service has been superb! The customer service representative’s are very kind, thorough and patient when we call in for assistance. The branch staff and the ATM tellers are quick and have great customer service as well. We are greeted by name and we believe this is because, we show ourselves friendly every time we come in, and we should always treat people how we want to be treated. Thank you GreensPoint PrimeWay Staff! The service was EXCELLENT even at the Imperial Vally location! Keep up the good work!

    Definitely a great bank to go with. Was opening a minor account. It took so long to get a approved, but found out it was denied. Christine helped me. She was awesome. Also want to extend a thanks to the Branch manager for attending to all that needed to be approved. My family has a long standing with Primeway for almost 12+ years

    I can’t believe some of the reviews I’ve read. Some people just have too much misery and drama in their lives. Slow down and enjoy life. I have been banking with PrimeWay for a long long time. Never had a issue and if I did PrimeWay would probably resolve it for me. I am a satisfied customer. Artisha knows me quite well. She engages really well while providing excellent service. So I get a personal smile and always get great service. Don’t have anything negative because I am greeted and serviced well. Wish you had it as well as I do. Correct ratings should be 5 Stars Thanks PrimeWay.

    went in to refinance my truck and I must say that the professionalism that I received was excellent... not only did they knock my interest rate down 2 points (was at 5.75%) but they also gave me 90 days til my first payment....make sure you ask for Gloria when you arrive. She's great!!

    SAD! My debit card recently has been giving me error codes with the merchants. So like any other member would do is ask for a replacement. In my 23 years in the financial industry, never heard a CU or bank charge $6 to replace a unreadable debit card. SAD! No worries I guess another CU will be delighted to service our 6 accts and Mult. Loans. Primeway CU just remember GREAT SERVICE takes your business a long way!

    I have now made 3 trips trying to make a stinking CASH deposit on of the only 2 ATM in this place, and all 3 times there’s a huge line taking for ever!! The first time, the guy from Brinks thought it was a good idea to park side ways and BLOCK BOTH ATM’s. Even though he was only using one, so there was a line of 7 cars waiting for an ATM. The second and third time, whomever is working the drive up teller needs better training because cats are spending way too much time to be helped. I love all the way to Conroe and this is the closest PrimeWay, but this is exactly why after almost 15 years with PrimeWay, I will not make it my primary bank. All the other banks have their lobbies open, why is PrimeWay so special??!?!! It’s not like they have ATM’s all over Houston!!!! Sad and totally dissatisfied!!!

    I started out with Cameron Credit Union, which morphed into PrimeWay FCU over the decades. Being a long time member, I stayed with the credit union through all the changes, and rarely had complaints. I came from a "credit union" family. My father was a credit union manager, back when credit unions were "member friendly" (the 60's). They had a "personal" touch. The single biggest complaint I have at this time is that the choices of PrimeWay locations are much too far for me to make a "quick" trip to do my banking, from where I live (North Spring). Seems that I am stuck with the 'Gunspoint' location because of no branch being further North. And, I do not find them to be as friendly as others that I have dealt with. It seems that the people are simply doing a job... Once depositing checks by phone started, it solved that issue to a larger degree. However, now, I have issues with the direct deposit via my phone, and am attempting to learn why, because if I cannot deposit via my phone... there is nothing to keep me at PrimeWay. I have never given serious thought to using 'Banks', because I always like the "membership" idea and the "perks". However, I am now considering a much closer bank, or finding another Credit Union. Ultimately, Greenspoint is about the worst location I can think of to bank, if I do not have to live in the area. I feel it is not smart to put myself in the position of a possible "confrontation" at gun point. I like to stay away from high crime areas... "Far North Houston has a crime rate of 95% higher than the national average. Violent crimes in the Far North are 247% higher than the national average. If you decide to visit this area, you stand a chance of 1 in 20 to becoming a victim of crime."

    They seem to not want your business unless you're black. I honestly don't have a problem with that, as long as they're up front about it and I don't waste my time with them. If you doubt what I'm saying, simply look at their website.

    Hated when they bought out Cameron/TexasOne CU. They removed the courtesy pay for no reason. Denied car loan skipapay. Poor Customer service;took 4wks to get pmt history because archive. High interest rates. Denied me a secured card. I closed my accnt as soon as I paid off my car loan.
