Awful service we have an appointment at 10:30 and it’s nearly 11 and they don’t call me yet , and since I came in the line for deposit is extra long and only 2 of 7 counter are working…..the little office for costumer service which is where I’m supposed to go in , only 2 person are working

One of the worst banks i have ever been to. No professionalism , no customer service , seems like all the employees were being forced to work. No smiles just bunch of long and sad faces....I wish they had negative star reviews..

Close down this branch. Employees are useless. They answer phones just to hang it up. I get better service at walmart lmfao.

Just trying to cash or deposit a check and they could not help me. I'm closing my account.

This branch is services is awful. It's a Thursday 1100 am, and my wait time has exceeded 30m. While I have been at other branches and I'm in and out. You guys have to do better.

Simply the worst, customer service is worthless. I have an active account but I couldn’t open an additional account and no one knows why even the bank workers themselves! Useless bank and a very bad service.

I wish I could rate them a zero!! Horrible customer service, snooty reps who hate their jobs apparently and really aren't there for the customer. Bank of America took 10K from my account and the rep was sooo nonchalant like I was complaining about $20. She was not willing to help me at all and then refused to ho get a supervisor. She told me to dispute it to get my money back. Like are you serious?! I had to leave because the way she treated me was super unkind. Its so much that went on that day but I'll stop here.

Story of how i was racially profiled. Keep in mind banks and real estate are the only places where you be racially profiled legally. As 7/6/22 9:30am I go in to cash a check. I waited in line patiently to talk to a teller i give her my two forms of ID and the check . I don’t have an account there so I’m required to do this. She sees the amount and after running the check through their machine (which is enough to verify that the check isn’t fake) she goes to the back and says she needs to make a call to verify . Now I’ve cashed cashiers check and I’ve never needed a call for it after it’s already been made the day prior. She then comes back after a few mins and doesn’t give any reason why she can’t cash out the check . This is sad #bankingwhileblack. Also it was an Hispanic woman that works in the am normally with an Asian woman by her side. i don’t like how i was treated and will be looking to sue

My car was burgarized in the parking lot on a Saturday. I went back Monday to see if I could get the security camera footage cause I was parked by the corner camera. I still don't think I can get the footage. I love the run around and being told the fact I am not a policeman somehow I don't have the right to see the camera. Last story was if I brought a memory stick they could make a copy? How long does it take if the bank gets robbed?

2 tellers and slow & disrespectful for at least 20 people in line. Manager in the back doing nothing while his customers are having a terrible time. What a lack of service and I’m sure Bank of America standards are not this low.

A simple deposit takes an hour over here , slow , rude , and unprofessional .

I wanted to give a zero star but google wont let me. Do not ever come to this place you are going to regret it. Such a pathetic service. No regards for customer service. After waiting for more than 2 hours the agent dint showed up. On top of it there are no public access restroom in the bank. Just run from this place. I will never ever come to this place. My old dad of 85 years had to wait for almost 2 hours and still could get notarization service.

I'm giving this location 5 stars because they truly deserve it. I lost my wallet with all my credentials in it except my bus card, snap benefits card and my Bank Of America card. With that being said with their policy, I'm only allowed $50 to withdraw without a Texas photo I.D. The manager gave me over 10 security questions along with a phone verification number to give her, asked me my address, ID number, last 4 of my cell number then told me to login on my phone and show her my bank account statement. I went through hell and high waters with the security questions and passed them all with flying colors. The manager overrode the bank tellers just to accommodate me. I was well pleased, thankful and very satisfied! She allowed me to get more than $50 and said next time make sure I have my ID. No body but God working behind the scenes. The place was very clean and the staff was very professional and security tight!!! Which is a great thing. Also I was able to get in and out in a quick and convenient manner.
