May I have my bank record from 1/2016 threw 5/2019 ? Sorry not in the system. The branch manager "helped" me. I don't think he even entered my real account number. My interaction with him was under 3 minutes.

Lady in the front needs an attitude CHECK. Rude woman who speaks as if she is the manager. Hangs up on people. Ignores customers. Laughed in my face when I asked to speak to me in a regular tone. Why is this location still open? A lot of drunk homeless people stand in front of their office and harass you. As if the horrible experience here wasn’t enough. Please close this location down it never has good experiences

I was pleased with the service that I received. Mrs Leyva went above and beyond to help me. Definitely going back.

If I could leave -1 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Bad store. No professionalism there, makes the company look bad how did anyone there get a job? Who hired these people.. Horrible

Personally I put a star to make the comment because my criteria as a client is terrible if I were the owner of this banking institution out of shame and ethics and I repeat to the clients I would spoil each and every one of its employees and would be indefinitely this bank. thanks

Lady at the front had an attitude and seemed like she didnt want to do her job. Seems like the employees tell the branch manager who they DONT want to deal with, and he makes sure to ignore and be rude to the customer of their choice. He's very unfriendly, Lady at the front was rude and cursing to everyone. Worst Suntrust experience i've had in 20 years, Worst location.

No one here knows proper English, I was talked to in spanish when I said I didnt understand the woman gave her manager a look and they chuckled, They kept talking about their weekend beach parties while dealing with me, The manager interrupting everyone working to ask who was going to make coffee. Their bank safe was open right next to the line of customers. Very unproffesional.

Branch Mgr Not to friendly,and always carry an unfriendly attitude,my point of view he is not qualified to deal with the public,the lady at desk needs more training how to treat the customers,the cashiers are doing great job,the Managnent should learn courtesy from the cashiers.

This bank since it is in exchange procedures for another institution, it is the worst bank and a great lack of respect for customers, the lack of respect is horrible
