I am very greatful to write this review. I went into this location to do a large deposit holding up the line(terribly sorry) and Marjorie, the bank tailor, was very very patient with me. She made me feel VALUED as if I was the only one there. I really appreciated it because I had a long, stressful day at work. Then I had this very GENUINE, KIND SWEET ENCOUNTER with Diana. I had questions about getting a new card because I misplaced my old one and she immediately called me in her office and assisted me. We had GREAT conversation, as if we've known each other FOREVER. I had a very STRESSFUL day, and this staff made me feel at home and SPECIAL. I had to express my APPRECIATION to these WONDERFUL LADIES, ESPECIALLY DIANA. She will definitely be the reason for me returning over and over again. DIANA YOU ROCK GIRL ❤️. Great job Marjorie👍

I love coming to the hialeah location, even tho the Miami gardens location is closer to my home, I prefer the friendliness and the Customer service I recieve by all the employees specially the manager Diana. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to be treated like family! Thank you Diana and all the employees there!

After going into the branch bring upset about my debit card, I was approached by Ms. Dordor who immediately took me into her office and assist me. Over and beyond should be here name. I must say she really made my day. We need more people like her around.

I got the most high and professional service two days back to back lady that was helping me beautiful smile as soon as I walked in the door and ready to help me knowledgeable because put me at ease I felt like I was at the right place because she was concern about my business needs and everyone working together as team because I was listening even my own branch I have not felt that way in a long time thank you very much

it is a great financial institution but if they offered and allowed to use zelle it would make it even better, maybe they will lose many clients because of that situation thanks

Ms.Dordor is an excellent manager. Absolutely top notch service from her and great personality. She truly cares about what you need she went above and beyond to make sure i had all the information required to make the right financial decision.She comes highly recommended and deserve the 5 stars and more 🙂

Diana Duarte is professional, courteous, and truly an asset to DCFC. She is reason I still bank here, she treats you like family in this day and age of automation, she is breath of fresh air.

This is was a great place to get the help I needed, wonderful service and system. They were all professional and well mannered employees I recommend this place to anyone that needs to go to the bank for any reason. Great service.
