This bank has HORRIBLE customer service, and it's even worse for SunTrust customers who were forced to deal with this dreadful company because of a merger. Yesterday, one of the tellers told me I had to get in line for the ONLY teller who could deposit my check into my SunTrust account. The level of dysfunction is staggering. I'm moving all my accounts out of BB&T/Truist next year.

Worst bank branch I've ever encountered. I'm moving my money out of BB&T as soon as I can since this is the type customer service they allow.

Every time I come here, there are not enough tellers!! This branch needs serious management changes, whoever is in charge obviously doesn't care. Poor customer service!! All 7 people in line w me ageee.

I'm very unhappy with BB&T right now. Apparently I can't access my business account over the phone with 24/7 banking because the local branch, this case South Lakes, lost the resolution papers. Since its a holiday weekend, I can't access anything until Tuesday. Thanks a lot.
