My husband and I purchased our home through Guidance. We were so happy to find out that we can do that in accordance with our religious values. We worked with Fatima Phall from the beginning. She provided thorough guidance and assistance throughout the whole process. She was very approachable and always available when we had questions or needed clarifications. First off, I would like to thank Guidance Residential and their team for providing an halal option in the market where it is almost impossible to manage affairs without interest. My Account Executive was Muhammad Reja, who was caring, swift in responses and very informative. We started with getting all the information and documents together to see what I can qualify for and what I would need from the beginning to the end of the process. Mr. Muhammad was very patient with me and worked around my busy schedule, even working on weekends to complete my file. We did run into some hurdles with the underwriters but that can be the case anywhere as it is their job to make sure that all the documents meet the requirements of lending me a huge amount of money and taking on the risk factor responsibility along with me. Even in that situation Mr. Muhammad helped me in figuring out what alternative documents would satisfy the requirements. I would also like to point out, for those that calculate all the numbers like me, I was working with two banks simultaneously, Guidance and a conventional bank to make sure I was getting the best offer. There was not much of a difference and I decided to go along with Guidance. I am usually not one to write reviews but I felt that maybe others who are trying to get a halal mortgage can benefit from this and I also feel that Mr. Muhammad's efforts in the journey of my house buying process deserves the praise.

Ejaz was amazing, he went above and beyond for each process, he reassured us with every step along the way and truly helped us with way more than he should have. He made sure we understood our contingencies before we made any decisions, he really wanted us to understand every process.
