Tellers are too busy on their phones to help clients. When you are in line and they are on personal cell phones be sure not to ask them if they are open. They look at you like you are the bad guy and are very rude. It doesn’t matter how many accounts you have they treat everyone equally bad. On the bright side there are nice tellers in Belle Meade and Dickerson Road locations.

I went to SunTrust in Goodlettsville on Saturday. Mr. Scales was so helpful! He helped me log into the new Truist app and made sure I was signed in and could see my accounts. He also helped me with other deposits and withdrawals.. He saw me getting nervous about the line growing but he said "I got you." He wouldn't let me leave until I finished all the business I needed to do. He and the other teller were so accommodating and so patient. I have not felt that level of customer service in such a long time. Thank you Mr. Scales!

Two separate times I have walked up and asked these people about the new account specials at this branch and felt snubbed and told at first there were NO new account incentives. Wanted the convince of this location and Sun Trust. Ended up driving to the location in Hendersonville worked with Andrea opened my new savings and checking and the experience was a 5 and guess what there were NEW account incentives of $200.00. Suggest you open your new account at Hendersonville and skip this location except for ATM convenience.

Thank You Suntrust. Opened Checking & savings account with you. Inquired about minimum balance with no fees with you. I Made minimum open deposits. Suntrust Employee went into my account without my permission and made transfer transactions. I Spoke to SUNTRUST manager about situation, realized I was charged fees. Manager had me sign withdrawal form for all my money. What i received was minus fees charged. I Went to new bank opened checking & savings & mortgage. Cheaper than suntrust. Thanks Suntrust.

I was told that the remark has been taken off and to go through the email and I still couldn't get on the system. That I would have to go to a branch to have it removed. Macdougal was who I talked to and when I call that branch she left 1 1/2 hr ago. If you want to have something done don't go to this branch.

This Branch in the Kroger Center should be closed down.. Ridiculous 4.5.2022, no change, Still SLOW!! 3.8.2022 update,, STILL S..L..O..W.. service., worst bank Branch !! Don't waste your time. I think they make you wait so you get frustrated and leave.

DO NOT BANK HERE! I’ve been with Suntrust for over a decade. For the past 2 months I haven’t been able to access my account to pay the same bills I do every single month with my card. Telling me you don’t know what happened is not an excuse. Then explaining I must have entered the wrong information twice, is simply an ignorant statement. If I entered the card number wrong, it wouldn’t show my information on my records. Last month I was told I was spending too much in a day and my card was declined. Same payments every month for years. If a customer asks to speak to a manager, just transfer the call. I had to open a bank somewhere else, pull my money from the teller, then put it in my other bank to pay my bills. Employees change often, no one seems to know what is going on. If any of them worked for me they would have been fired long ago. If you don’t want to do a job, find another one. Complacency and ignorance seems to be the driving force at this branch and on the customer service number. When you can the customer service number, they will tell you the system is updating so your card was declined. Lazy garbage employees who should be fired. Pathetic employees and bank.

Let's face it all banks are a pain. Government regulations prohibit banks from doing what is right in many cases. That being said, this SunTrust branch in Goodlettsville is about as good as your going to find. They have always been friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer for 4 years now & ever since they have changed the staff around at the Goodlettsville location it has never been the same. There is a problem almost every time I visit there. I will be visiting another location. There must be a reason they have such a high staff turn over rate. Maybe it is a training office. I don't know... the customer service just isn't what is used to be. I'll be finding another location to go to or maybe even switching banks.

The man behind the counter was very kind. I had a good experience at this location. My only complaint is they don't have a manned drive thru teller. It is all automated.
