Great company to work with for the home loan process. They had our best interests in mind & got us the best numbers possible. Great customer service & very helpful & knowledgeable with all the ins & outs. They also made sure to have everything together & prepared ahead of time for closing to ensure this part of the process didn’t affect closing. The only issue we experienced was that we were not informed ahead of time for closing of when/how to transfer/wire funds prior to closing. Luckily we were able to get funds transferred quickly during closing so that issue was resolved. Overall we had a great experience with Acopia Home Loans.

I think this lender should have provided more details with options for the loan when it came to interest rates. There were T least three different times where I found errors in my paperwork. If I hadn’t read the documents, or had they not made the mistakes, who knows what I would be paying extra.

I’ve been through several home purchases and refinances and Acopia was by far the best. My loan advisor Kent called me at the beginning and away we went. He was very thorough and made sure I stayed on top of things without having to pester me. I put their app on my phone and it was fantastic. Kent would text me and tell me I needed to do something, and when I opened the app there were directions on what to do and it couldn’t have been easier. When it was handed off to the processor the smooth sailing continued. This group of people are like a well oiled machine and they make sure they have everything they need without having to bother you. I couldn’t be happier with Acopia and I truly hope they keep my loan. Because as you know, mortgages are bought and sold all the time. Tina and her team were fantastic. My income is tricky being almost entirely from Airbnb income and they were able to find me and excellent loan. They were in communication along the way and their portal makes it easy to see what needs to be done to close the loan. Would definitely recommend them!

My wife and I just bought our first home. We worked with Kent DePriest and Andrea Hummel. From the very first conversation with Kent I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job of clearly communicating the loan process and different options that Acopia had to offer. He said he would put us in the best position possible and we trusted he would do that. We felt very at ease working Kent. He was always available and quick to follow up. When I say always available I mean always... Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Very grateful for him making himself available during that time. I'm not sure we would have gotten the house without his availability on those days. Andrea was extremely pleasant to work with. Our closing day was approaching quickly and she was on a tight deadline. I'm know behind the scenes she was hustling to get things in order and stressed, but she did a amazing job never projecting that stress on us. That meant a lot to us. Typically I always shop around looking for the best deal. Acopia offered a variety of loan solutions, great customer service, and convenient technology that saved a lot of time for us. My home purchase was complicated. There were issues with the title because of the seller's previous marriage. It was my first home purchase, so I didn't know what I was doing sometimes. The market is exploding right now, and scheduling an attorney for closing was a challenge. I could list more details, but won't. Both Shonna Lee & Ann Sawyer were patient, persistent and amazing. They explained laws & regulations as we went along. They also managed to make the closing happen the week of Christmas, during a pandemic, when the whole world was short staffed. I had a great experience with Craig Berry at Acopia. I was able to email all the documents Craig needed and e-sign the application, disclosures, etc. so I did not need to print or scan anything. Craig and his staff kept me up to date along the process and we were “clear to close” much quicker than anticipated. The whole experience with Acopia was smooth and easy.

My experience with Acopia was nothing short of amazing. Terri was able to assist me in being qualified for more than I initially thought and provided me with government assistance that I didn’t even know was available.
