Truist N Main St, Hope Mills

Didn’t block a fraudulent transaction and wouldn’t refund it. Their system even flagged it as possible fraud but wouldn’t do anything about it.

People are nice but they can't do anything about fees. I was trying to have a savings account but things came up and charged me $60 for not having the minimum balance in it. Their app is great, but that is the only good thing they have.

Just opened account and banker was so kind and informative. Sandy is amazing!!!

Management is incompetent. Customer service is beyond repair. Rude and unqualified to deal with humans. As a business owner, I would love to know the “miracle strategy” that these people use in order to stay in business and provide such poor, inadequate service.

No way to call this branch and reach an operator. Spent 15 minutes going through every single prompt just trying to ask if they had a notary in. When pressing 1 to speak with an operator it directs you to the 1800 customer service number. ADD AN OPTION FOR A LOCAL BRANCH OPERATOR PLEASE!

such a racist bank every time I go here never see any people of color working here seen them interviewing one very skilled and qualified black lady that I use to manage a long time ago. Found out they did not hire the young lady today when speaking with her its so sad to know that this bank never likes to have colored people working here I also will be sending a letter to NACCP because they are being very racist, DO NOT BANK HERE GO ELSEWHERE

BB&T Hope Mills is the worse bank ever!!! They don't take responsibility for their errors.. If someone steals your checks and misspells your name on them they will still get cashed... Rather than take responsibility for their errors they will blame you for them being stolen! Also their new policy of someone can deposit a check or money order into my account but they cannot deposit cash?? BB&T you are worse than CresCom and they are bad!!!!!!! Will never do business with you again and I am telling everyone I know not to do business with you either!

The women at the counter do a good job. The issues are BB&T is very greedy if you use an outside bank ban they charge you 3 dollars even on cash points which are supposed to be free. They have barely any ATMs. They charge you charge you charge you greediest bank I've ever been with.

Today, 09/07/2017, @ 10:50 am I was depositing cash via ATM. I loaded the money in and received an error. It stated "sorry, unable....". It took my money with out depositing it and providing the requested eReceipt. I called BB&T and was bounced around and given no turn around time. Still on hold 20 minutes and counting.

Racist they ARE! My mother went to this bank’s drive thru and the banker waited on others before her even tho she was there before the others. Then was asked if she had an account there, when her name was clearly printed on the check for cashing(they don’t do atm/debit cards). And when my mother got home she notice that her DL was cut smooth in half!!! They better be glad I don’t live in Hope Mills! The next time she goes there I will be there.
