I have been dealing with pawn south for over a year. I am always greeted when I enter the business. The employees are friendly and pleasant. I think this is one of the best businesses here that I have dealt with since I moved here a couple of years ago. I will continue to do business with Pawn South! Hope to be visiting soon again. Kimmie was helpful and professional. Everyone at the pawn shop was. The 2 gentlemen helped me out a great deal. I have a small car and bought a generator and gaming headphones. The guys loaded the generator in the backseat of my very small car. Very pleased with my purchases, would definitely shop here again! Very professional and kind!

Heard Regional manager say to a customer that his items were not valuable. Customer had a TV amongst other items. Made me pretty sad considering the customer looked like he was doing his best to make it through. People go to pawn shops for help especially with everything going on.... regional is very arrogant and full of himself.

There was a young gentleman there named Roberto who really helped me a lot and knew his knowledge about the items and item history in the store he was very polite proper and professional made the store feel welcoming and the overall experience enjoyable rather than a disaster like I usually have at places like this definitely will be returning

This WAS a decent pawn shop when Bill was there. I've bought a lot of stuff from them over the years. Today for the first time ever, I was going to pawn some stuff so I could buy myself a necklace. The lady I spoke to either has no idea what she is doing in a pawn shop or she just didnt feel like working. She made me a ridiculously low offer on what I had. Now, I'm a grown man. This review is not because my feelings are hurt. It's to let people know what to expect when they go in there. I literally went a mile down the road to jerys pawn and was offered DOUBLE what she offered then haggled a few more bucks out of the deal. Since they gave me what I wanted, I spent my money with Jerys pawn and bought a bad a55 chain there. Pawn South is going south im afraid. They are over priced and low ballers. They are only in business as long as gullible people keep doing business with them.

This will now and forever be my pawn shop . went to the pawn hop down the road and they try and low ball me , came to pawn south on n main street and they greeted me as soon as i walked in the manager introduce him and shook my hand and that ment so much other places are so cold and no personality but here at pawn south they stood and heard my problem and they understood i had a chain and need 60 dollar to pay a important bill rachel help me and was so wonderful and polite as we was going to the counter the manager step in and ask me if thats all i needed i told him yes but l am so grateful that he did that because if im ever in a bind i know i can always count on pawn south to help me in my time of need god bless you pawn south and all the wonderful staff that works there.

They get one star just to do a review. Purchased a laptop which looked very nice. But once we tried to use it runs extremely slow and the battery drains too fast. And they won’t refund me or buy it back since the battery is no good. I will not be returning to this location. Very poor service

Everyone was friendly when I walked in the door, Kimmie was very nice over the phone and Zack was awesome and quick with helping me. I wasn’t sure about coming to a pawnshop in the first place, I was super nervous but they made my experience go very smoothly! If you need anything you should come here! Edwin aka Jabba was great really knows his stuff about guns and rifles. Went in helped me pick out a great gun. I put it on layaway and even sold me on another item so great sales man and awesome person.

Earlier today I was relieved when I finally made a decision on purchasing a ring. I've been between places and nothing really stood out to me. Waste of time and gas. Called ahead of time and was told to bring it in. When arriving was greeted by a young lady whom then passed off to another woman to "test my amp" (which they never did) was offered 20$ but only if they test it and it works otherwise I'm not gonna have her test it for free unless you wanna pay my payroll. You may feel like you were respectful but you were honestly hard to deal with and from my experience very unwilling to help me. Not to mention I was told my amp wasn't high end,y however you told me you didn't know much about it? (never did the first bit of internet browsing/research) I frequent pawn shops looking for knives/tools but I assure you I will not be back.

Walked in first thing this morning, took me right on back and helped me! Very nice and easy to work with! I was recommended by a friend and I would 100% recommended this pawn shop to others as well!

Have a trash pump used once. Had to add gas because tank was bone dry. Did in his parking lot. He had no respect at all. Said say me working on it. If adding gas and priming it is working on it. He has no clue. Sidnt take the time to even walk out and see. I would never recommend this stupid place to my worst enemy.

Even though Ed was in the middle of organizing he dropped what he was doing to answer all of my questions and help me out. Walked out a happy customer and would definitely recommend.
