I went to National Pawn in Hope Mills, NC this morning in search for inexpensive gold stud earrings because they are so easy to lose and I found them here. My sales person was named Ms. Juanita Lopez and she was so nice, so professional and just an all around good sales representative. She’s not pushy, she informed me that they have a lay away program with just 20% down and a rewards program which she was happy to sign me up for so I could receive promotions and pictures of new items and such. I really appreciate her telling me. When you go there, please ask for Ms. Lopez, she will treat you right!

Chris was so helpful and patient while I was picking out a ring for my husband. I was clueless on sizing and the differences so he would try on the ring to try to visualize the sizing. Ended up being a perfect fit and my husband loved it. Everyone is so welcoming when you walk in! Highly recommend.

I had gone into National Pawn a couple of weeks ago and received the best help from Robbian. My grandma had passed and she didn't have life insurance. So, it was up to me to come up with the money to be able to cremate her. I was so upset going into National Pawn and Robbian immediately, asked me how she could help me. I explained everything and she went through the items I brought, trying her hardest to get to the amount I needed. Which she did!!! She worked with me then and she has worked with me on my payments for the loans now and I'm so grateful for her. She worked so hard and it's so great to have that type of customer service. I won't ever go to another pawn shop. Thank you Robbian. Your the best!!!

Last month I traveled Route 66 and had a blast! During my way back home I stop at this pawn shop to see what they had in inventory and was surprised to see that they are stocked! This is the only pawnshop I would go to in this entire region. The service representative Jack, was amazing. She gave us honest feedback and was very informative as to how everything works in terms of pawning and selling and explained how they care about the quality for the items they sell. She asked questions trying identify the best way to help us. I was going through financial ups and downs and really needed as much money as I could get out of the items I was pawning. Jack even got the manager who was amazingly reasonable to help us get the money we needed. Your every day person goes through ups and downs and eventually needs to pawn things. This should be your first and only stop. I honestly recommend anyone to ask for jack, she's provides outstanding world class customer service

I don't go to pawn stores very often, but when I do I always end up at National Pawn. They are very personable and, try their best to make the best deals for what you need. In addition they have a wide variety of items so if you're looking for something you can't find, I would search here first. I had a really great experience with Michele, Robianna, Andrew, and Jack, and other staff. They are always staffed and ready to help so if it's your first time going to a pawn shop, it won't be your last.

I do know the manager Rabianne has horrible customer service skills. She needs to go back to school and get some customer service soft skills. Mrs. Lopez on the other hand is awesome ( great customer service). Sold me a chain a few years back and I never had any problems coming back and getting a loan if needed. Whatever you do avoid the Rabianne. She is a nightmare.

Was on a schedule so I had to be quick in the shop. Ms. Delisa was an absolute sweetheart and helped assist me in what I needed done. Was mislead about the condition of an air compressor and made a 40+ mile trip there. Leaking coupler, they refused to even knock off $5 for the cost of a new coupler. They knew somebody would eventually buy it without testing it first and that's a dirty way to do business.

I regret my decision in choosing this pawn shop. I found the 2 employees I dealt with to be very rude, mean, & unnecessarily sarcastic toward me. They offered me an insulting price for what I was selling, which was easily worth between$150 & $200. I was offered $20 & when I expressed concern "politely" about the value & the fact that I was selling my sentimental items out of desperation I was told that it was not their problem, & the lady even pointed out where their dumpster was. I very reluctantly sold them my items because I had no money for gas, which I would not have wasted had I known how this transaction was going to go. I needed grocery & bill money. On my way out the door I was shaking my head & I quietly said to myself "This is terrible, I can't believe this". An employee obviously heard me because I was getting in the car when I realized that he had followed me out to my vehicle. He rudely told me that if I didn't like how much I was given I could take my money back & go somewhere else. I simply said "Yeah", got in the car, shut the door, & left the whole disturbing experience behind me. In conclusion I will NEVER set foot inside this establishment again, no matter how desperate for financial help I may be, & I suggest anyone wishing to sell or pawn anything go somewhere else.

Went to national pawn today to sell my Glock 19 and had Miss Delisa Spencer she was very professional and did not do the run around with me. She gave me a fair offer and the process was very easy. Definitely would recommend if your wanting to sell your weapons for a good price.

However, Mrs. Lopez gives her undivided attention and provides the best description of any products I am interested in. Therefore, nine times out of ten she makes a sell wirh me, usually diamonds

I STAY in White Lake near Elizabethtown NC and I will drive to hope mills to national pawn before I go to any other. The people working there a great. Very professional and nice. Went in and saw a surface tablet I liked but noone could tell me anything about it or even get it to turn on. And when I went to check out another one they had the lady behind the counter couldn't stop running her mouth long enough for me to get any service. Very unprofessional and won't be going back

Absolutely love this place. The stuff is so nice and affordable. But the service was THE BEST!!! Rachel was fantastic and helped me with everything I needed. I think I ended up buying 7 different things and all because she helped me out. She was the best help I could have dreamed of. She was so kind and very good at what she was going and a great communicator. I basically bought everything I did because of her. I will definitely be back to buy more, but ONLY from her. If you go to National Pawn, be sure to ask for Rachel!! She will not disappoint! She was the bees knees, the gravy to my potatoes, the last cookie in the cookie jar. The only thing I can recommend is to get more Rachels. She was fantastic. Her big eyes and beautiful big smile defiantly made my day so much better! Thank you National Pawn for introducing someone like her to me and everyone else. You could never have a bad day coming to this story when she is working.
