Great Experience Overall. The staff were very friendly and acknowledged me right away. The wait time in line was minimal. They were quick to handle my transaction and I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. I was there around noon time. They started to get a little bit busy as I was leaving so if you go at a high traffic time, I would expect that you might have to wait a little bit longer. Again overall great experience and I would use this BB&T location again without hesitation.

Great bank never had any issues always nice to me and ready to help bbt is a good bank to use and I will remain a customer probably for life !!

I have been with BB&T for many years now, I have had my ups and downs with the company as a whole. A few complaints here and there and to ber quite honest I was considering cancelling my checking account when I went in to this branch. My intention was to go in and cancel, as I had an issue with the customer service team lying to me a few weeks ago previously and I was disrespected by them. Mrs.Drier was the absolute best. She completely changed my mind about the company, and if it wasn't for her I would have cancelled my account, but because she really made me feel like a person, and a customer of hers, and not just a number, I decided to go ahead and open a business account with you guys. She assisted me and made the process of opening my business account incredibly pain free, and broke down all of the pro's of the account. You guys need to give her a raise, her customer service skills, as well as her honesty makes her an integrate part to your company. I am blessed that she helped me that day, and I want you guys to know it is because of her that I kept my account and opened a new one with ya'll. Awwful service today, I'm a new customer who was trying to deposit my work check, so they tell me I have to wait till May 30 so my check can clear, because I'm a new customer, so I tell them I've deposit my work check here two weeks ago without any problems, than she says ok I'll be right back let me check with my boss and as she comes back she said ok we work it out and you should receive your funds the next day and call 800 number and they tell me they didnt even scan my check... wow

8 dollar fee to cash a check for a non account holder... Terrible

Made a callback appointment, no one called. I called trying to get help on account lady said I lied about having an appointment and to just go to another branch. Horrible customer service. I'm trying to figure out a payment that bb t won't allow to go through on a car loan.

Very rude staff. Theyll flip the switch and be nice only after they look at my account. I would bank somewhere else but my husband's been with them for a long time. Eventually I’ll convince him to close all of our accounts and take business somewhere else.

This is my favorite BB&T to bank with. I drive an extra 5 miles because the service is so friendly. The bankers are very knowledgeable and experienced. Banking here is a pleasure.
