Words cannot describe the amazing experience I hade with this team. I have heard horror stories regarding securing a mortgage and the process, but Greg and his team were on top of everything. Every question I had, they answered with details and made sure both my wife and I were comfortable and understood everything. I knew Angela prior to hiring her as my loan officer, and I'm glad I did. She worked hard on my loan and stayed patient throughout the process. She went out of her way to help me with things that a loan officer wouldn't normally be responsible to do. She also has her realtor license! What a great person to know, I would recommend her.

Considered lots of options when buying our house. Family recommendations, banks, credit unions. Finally I did a Google search and found CMP. We went with Certified Mortgage Planners because they were very responsive, not pushy, they educated us without sounding too salesmany. I will definitely recommend them for first time home buyers like us or anyone who desires those qualities in their financing team. Update: Mentioned in another review. Chris Brown's team of employees were great but Chris himself harassed my family with calls, texts, emails, and snail mail after our mortgage through him. I had to switch Brokers to get away from his harassment style sales tactics.

My previous mortgage experience was with a national bank, and I would never go that route again due to the lack of organization and care I experienced... Kristi is just the opposite, and to her and her team, you are not a number or a file buried on someone's desk. I really appreciated that. Ivan and the team helped us when we bought our house and we again wanted Ivan to help us with our refinance. To say Chris and his team work miracles is almost an understatement. When the closing for my almost sold house fell through AT CLOSING!! These people came in, figured out a good plan for the buyer and had us closed in 20 days! They were very knowledgeable, super friendly, and gave me peace of mind! Buying a home can be a wild ride with moments that are smooth and other moments that get you out of your seat. Financing doesn’t make this any easier. We were selling and buying a home at the same time! If you’ve ever been in that situation then you know how tough that can get. But, this group made our process that much easier, and I’m grateful to them for that. I did shop around as they told me too. They overall had the best rate and were much more responsive than any of the 6 banks I applied with. Some banks actually got aggravated by the fact I was getting such a deal. Terri and her team were excellent, but the bottom line was that they treated us like people - not a transaction. We had a complicated refinance and Terri sheltered us from all of the back and forth that would have made us crazy, and went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure we had a deal in the end that what was we agreed on in the beginning.
