Kelly helped me a few months ago with setting up both of my new accounts- business and personal. I had plenty of questions and she was very patient with explaining the process to me, not to mention she is one of the sweetest people I know. Her team is awesome- great customer service and very knowledgable. Highly recommend!

WORST bank ever! I went to deposit money and there was literally ONE EMPLOYEE working there on 2/4/22 and the service took so long that they made me LATE FOR WORK! A very incompetent bank. I’m transferring all my money to a completely different one because of their horrible service.

I just want to say how much I appreciate this branch and Kelly specifically. They've helped my business so much over the last two years.

Awful. Gave them multiple opportunities over the years, but having to call customer service time and time again over errors THEY make is getting old. This last time they withdrew double the amount on a check Deposited to MY account, which left me with a negative balance (of course they charge me an overdraft fee of $36). Took customer service an hour to fix, not their fault, because they would call the bank and get the run around on who could fix the problem. Currently looking for a new bank.

Bbt holds on to customers checks from other banks for a long time before clearing it. I transferred funds from my TD bank account over a week ago and still has not cleared my account. I called customer service and have gone to the local branch and they keep telling me it will clear today ir tomorrow but still nothing yet. In the other hand the money cleared my TD bank account In 2 days. They want to keep the money for a longer time so they can charge daily interest on it.

LOVE this branch! Kelly and her team are so personable and an absolute life saver for all business banking needs. Love her energy & her knowledge. 5 Stars would recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with the staffs (Kelly & Fizia) during my loan process.

They probably should go ahead and close down this one indefinitely. They’re always randomly closing at super inconvenient hours, like today. Waste of time

Closing time is generally 5pm. I miss opportunity’s I need to do business when BB&T closes this early. The drive up ATM is a joke. It’s so high you can’t access the machine unless you get out of your vehicle. They should’ve just left the old ATM at the front of the building.
