Before Covid, this place was great. Friendly, fast service. Since covid and the merger, there's no customer service. They won't answer the phone, or let anyone inside. The worst thing is that it takes an HOUR sitting in the drive through line to make a simple cash deposit. When I got to the window, there was NO ONE there for 15 MINUTES. There was a line of 10 cars behind me.

Always been fast and friendly to me. Had to go in recently and they were helpful, fast and friendly inside too. Compared to the branch at Eagle’s Landing, this location is great!

Horrible service, rude and slow. It’s like they are in training but there Is No training manager. Tellers are mad at the world for no reason and hate their job. It’s sad really

This has to be the WORST bank I have ever banked with. This bank has been nothing but a inconvenience to me and I haven't been with them a month yet. Certain departments are only open Monday-Friday which is plain out stupid!

I hate that my bank switched to this truist now. It’s SO SLOW. Every time I come both lines are backed up and there’s ONE guy working the window. So today I go inside thinking it would be faster and behold there’s 5 employees inside barely doing a thing. Chatting it up, 1 or 2 should be helping the drive through then right?. There’s no reason it should be this slow.

Worst customer service experience every time I go. I regret ever choosing to bank with this company. I will be closing my account. Tellers are very rude. Teller Dwayne G at this bank is extremely rude, has no customer service skills, he is always rolling his eyes at customers and I have no idea how BB&T allows this type of treatment of their customers. Do not take your business there.

I have no idea how Duane Glover still works at this branch, let alone has his own office. We had our first issue with him 3 years ago when we went to apply for an auto loan. He did all of the math totally incorrectly, so much so that I had to fix it. And I'm talking simple addition here. He talked over us, down to us, and was insulting. My wife said he comes across as a guy who isn't very bright, but believes he's better than everyone. Then, yesterday, I went to deposit a check. I'm immunocompromised (just entered remission after a 2 year bout with Lymphoma) and have to go to the window, not the tubes, just to not touch too much while we're going through this pandemic. I just drop my check and slip in the basket, and I don't have to touch much. He asks for my drivers license and debit card WHILE HE WAS HOLDING THEM IN HIS HAND. I tell him they are literally in his hand right now, and he walks off. He tells me I cannot get cash back, even though there was more than enough money to cover it if it was to ever bounce. But he acts like he knows more, even though all of the other tellers there have never had an issue. He thinks he knows more than he does, then belittles the customer. So, after a solid 10 minutes of waiting and me telling him to just deposit it all, he gives me my receipt and I pull forward to let the long, aggravated line behind me move up. No one was using the tubes, I guess for the same reasons I didn't. I look at the receipt and instead of depositing an $857 check, he only deposited $157. I have to pull back around to correct this, and of course the window line is crazy long now. I'm forced to go to the tube, tell him my mistake, and he acted like it was no big deal and that it was my fault some how. How can someone so moronic work at a bank and be trusted with peoples money and livelihood. I even complained to my family about him, all of which had their own Duane Glover stories to tell. After this, I see what my wife meant 3 years ago. He is not very bright at all, yet he thinks he's incredibly smart and better than people. I am never someone who wants folks to lose their jobs, especially during these times. However, my god Duane, buddy, find a new line of work. You are beyond terrible. Truist takes over all BB&T branches soon... hopefully they won't put up with his idiocy like BB&T has blindly done.
