First time I've ever felt good coming out of a pawn shop. The staff were top notch and they were able to work with me on a loan for my ring. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I came in today to pawn a wedding ring an boy did I tell you not only did I get educated on the rip offs you get for the value of your jewelry from these over priced jewelry stores but I got plus 10 stars customer service from acme pawn. If you ever want they welcoming experience this is the pawn shop I would recommend you too ACME PAWN were there logo that says “We’ve Got You Covered” and I mean literally they do🤣 but you got to stop by to get the joke ... Thanks again guys for all your help.

I went there to purchase an item. While communicating with the pawn broker and trying to secure a deal he became somewhat rude. I understand we were negotiating back and forth but when a person gets rude and short there's a problem. Not one time did I get out of hand and I remained polite. I know everybody has a bad day every now and then but don't let it leave a bad taste in the potential customer's mouth. The only reason I'm not giving it a one star because I purchased an item from them previously and the experience was good.

They are awesome people and they had everything I needed , I will be back again !!

I was not expecting acme pawn to have one of the guns I was looking for. John over heard the conversation I had with Rob then 10 min later, he came from storage with the last gun I was interested in buying. Both men were very helpful

Great customer service given by Rob and he was very honest concerning the transaction and he explained the entire process in layman’s terms.🦋

I love this pawn shop❤️❤️!!! Rob is my favorite guy...lol! But they all are very nice and professional! I have been dealing with them for over a year. They have been very patient with me, and understanding when I can’t pick up my merchandise on time. I don’t worry about them selling my merchandise. People please go check them out! Also, they will give you the money you’re asking for...or they will get you as close to it as possible!!!

I called some shop close by me and they were very short and unpleasant over the phone so I hung up the next shop I seen was this one and I didn’t know if they would take my laptop cause it’s basic but he said they would. Once I arrived it’s like 3 guys in there but I mainly spoke with Rob. The process was fast and yeah If I ever need the extra cash I’ll def drive a little further to them every time cause the energy inside is good!

I went to this pawn business for the purposes of making a sale and unfortunately it wasn’t a great fit for me, but I made small conversation with Rob and he...was...AWESOME. His customer service was amazing and he’s so very knowledgeable! I will for sure be coming to do business with this pawn shop very soon.
