    This is by far the best dealership I’ve been to! Quick and easy service and everyone is so polite and welcoming. They gave me such a good vibe upon arrival which is why I decided to purchase my car with them. My salesman Brandon Byrd was fantastic! He is absolutely incredible. He took his time with and did not try to steer me away from the vehicle standards I have. I appreciate that! US Auto Sales also has very good warranty’s on their cars. I’ve never seen anything like it! To top it off, they got me exactly what I asked for in under 2 hours! Truly an amazing experience and a great staff. Ask for Brandon Byrd!!     Damon was a great salesman! Called me a Lyft to the location because I just moved to GA and didn’t have a car , also approved my documents and everything before getting there so when I arrived we got straight to picking out a car in my budget . Literally the best !

    DO NOT get a car from here. My car stopped working in 6 days due to engine/ motor issues. From that point on US Auto and their partnering company has given me the run around about fixing the car ( although we are STILL in our warranty) We have yet to speak with a manager or owner. They expect me to rip and run to figure out all issues of the car but will not provide us with a rental so that we can get the car fixed. US Auto still expects the monthly payment on time or car will be shut off! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE business! We have STILLL yet to be helped! We have called and called, they have hung up on us, redirected us to the automated system each time we call, say they will give us a callback and don’t! We have asked to set up a meeting as we are supposed to due to contract and they will not set up a meeting. At this point it is getting ridiculous, and is now turning to be a problem of the law.

    Warning!!! Do not buy a car from these people! Your car will have a automatic shut off system if you do not pay your bill on time. After they get your money they tell you this important information. 3 days. late and they cut my car off can't go to work can't do anything. You rip off won't get another dime from me. I abandoned your car just like you guys abandon me.thanks for nothing at all.

    I purchased a car From them them the next day it had to go to the shop. Had to go with out a car for a week. Got it back two and a half weeks later the motor went out. Warranty is going to pay for the motor to be replaced. But they will not cover the rental car 100% they only do $35 a day. so I would have to come out of pocket. It was nothing but the run around with this place.. Now I will be without a car for 3 weeks. And they still want the 450 down payment and the $400 car note. Told them I just want to get my down payment back and they could have the car and I'm getting the run around about that now.. asked if they could just put me in a different car and they want

    Damon was able to secure the deal. He was busy but knew how to get you in and out. The down payment flexibility allowed me to pickup up my vehicle the next day. I would definitely recommend US AUTO is you need an quality automobile. Love my Camry!!

    The guys at the dealership had good attitudes and I can't fault them for what I experienced two weeks after purchasing a vehicle. I called the payment place on Saturday which was the day my first pick up payment of an outrageous down payment but anyway. Due to a limit that I have placed on my card I couldn't make the full payment so the lady said it was ok and documented that I will call with my payment Monday morning. Get in my car Monday morning June 24 and guess what? They turned it off. Now I'm super late for a new position I just started that they have no understanding of my issues. I don't know what's next but the inconvenience that I was caused was not fair. And this wasn't even a car payment. It was a what was left of the outrageous down payment. My first payment isn't due until July 17 2021. Btu we learn and I have learned that the easier it is to get it the easier and quicker they will take it away. So now I have to wait 2 hours until the company open so that I can make the agreed upon payment day and another 2 hours for my car to start again. I forgive my self for getting involved with this company.

    Please dont use them or their gap insurance..my car was totaled out ...my insurance company paid my portion ..paid gap for years with them for them to deny my claim...avoid at all cost....

    Damon Wright, was above extraordinary! My whole experience was the best imaginable. The car sales system is second to none Autos supreme with warranty, unheard of in industry. Love the selection. Damon, switched out car on lot, to exchange for vehicle I selected from research of inventory from other lots Everyone manager, finance officer and other staff excellent. Need a ride? One stop shop. Will even work out down payments, if needed. Best chance for expectations to be made. Get there, tell 'em Koonce, sent ya!!🤩😎🥳

    Sold me a car with a bad transmission. Drove it for a week then out of a car for weeks while it was repaired only to have to pay out of pocket for the remaining down payment, first months car payment and deuctible and taxes on the transmission being rebuilt! US Auto should have paid the deductible and taxes because they k ew the transmission was bad and bever said anything! Gave me the run around the entire time my car was in the shop, nobody knew what to do andnobody was willing to assist in fixing this. Since initially posting this review US Auto Sales made sure that i got what i was asking for and I appreciate that. Car’s transmission was rebuilt and so far is running great

    Demond Wright was excellent. We walked me through everything and was so professional and patient. He made the whole experience worth it and anybody know about getting a new car know the wait time can be long and sometime overwhelming.     So I received my car in a April 2021, from this location (Tara Blvd). The service was awesome, Tony was great. But the beginning of June 2021, my car started to over heat and the engine light came on also the AC was blowing out hot air. Thought this was a miss reading, toward the end of June the light comes on again, took it to Chevy dealership, found out I need 2300$ worth of repairs on my new car for the radiator and thermostat, I feel like I was sold a bad car.
