Truist Airport-pulling Rd, Naples

I stopped in at Truist on Airport & Pine Ridge to close my IRA. What an absolute joke this branch is. Told I had to see a banker so I sat to wait. Another person came in for banker and was told to wait. When banker was free he took the other person 1st. They suck at this branch. I’m glad I won’t be doing business with them ever again! They do, however, take donut deliveries ASAP. Good grief!!

Bank teller kept me waiting 30 minutes for a banker and the banker couldn't help me with my issue. The teller knew the banker couldn't help but he had me wait anyway. The issue was for a replacement debit card that the bank did not send on time after my previous card expired. This whole affair was handled terribly. I will be seeking another banking institution in the very near future.

Guillermo went above and beyond to help me today setup direct deposit for my mortgage. Thank you for the great customer service!

After calling other branch several times at 9:30, being told by recording it opened at 9, but was closed was very to has happy to speak with a live person who answered my questions.

Their hours first off. Then Thomas doesn't even know how to find out who a signer is on an account. Scary!

Fast and throughout experience! Better than some branches I have been too! Helpful and informative! COVID-19 precautions taken there and everyone following them.

Well, my friends, and anyone who works in corporate for BB&T. I had a horrific situation occur, and until it gets resolved I’ll be happy to take it through the PR Media grapevine until it gets the attention it deserves. #racialprofiling is REAL. I have never been so publicly humiliated in my life. What was a simple request for an new debit card (due to an address change) turned into a discriminatory nightmare by Julie Hussin at the teller booth, and in front of all the customers in line. My civil rights were disregarded, due to the way I looked and my long Spanish last name attached to the account. Would I have been treated better if I was wearing my 5 carat wedding ring, or if the last name on my account was my married, white last name, or if I was dressed differently: with my makeup and hair done? Perhaps the baby crying threw you off? Perhaps you thought I was a low income Hispanic single mother? Perhaps it should have been my husband's business account? We think this might have made a difference. No matter what amount a person has from $1.00 to millions... a BANK should not discredit the rights of a customer and publicly humiliate them due to race. #BBTBANK

Very fast, very efficient, and extremely polite over the phone and inside. I am disabled and look a little disheveled most of the time. That does not throw them off as they are polite and quite ready to serve . Very friendly it make me feel good to even walk in there.

Excellent branch. It is somewhat tucked away in the back of the shopping center but rarely ever a wait when going through drive through or inside at tellera desk.
