This place is by far the best place to go in Naples area. It’s a privately owned business that gives you the best appraisals and highest offers compared to the national chain pawnshops that could care less about being fair. They have a awesome selection of jewelry and accessories. They will work with you and make your experience one to remember as opposed to the others where you feel like you were just robbed blind. Customer service is top notch and they are great about sending notifications about upcoming due dates. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Michael

This is the best of the best in pawn shops. Honest, kind, and helpful people. I can't say enough nice things about everyone. They are all just awesome!!! Just had my second experience with Pine Ridge Pawn. If possible they were nicer than they were the first time. Just a great bunch of people.

John and his staff are great people! They truly care about their clients. I grew up in the pawn business. My parents owned a pawn & gun shop for almost 30 years. I remember my father explaining the importance of what we did for the people in our community and how we should treat each person with dignity and respect because you never know a person's situation. He explained to me that 99% of the people we serviced were good people who were just going through some hard times. And that we helped them fairly, not took advantage of them. My father always helped his clients get their items back, working out deals with them to where they could. Over the years, every place we lived, I would frequent the local pawn shops looking for good deals on jewelry, electronics and any other items and even using their pawn service sometimes. I could always tell the good folks from the ones who took advantage of folks. Over the years I have never met someone more like my father than John. He is like my father in so many ways. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. He has earned my familys business. I highly recommend Pine Ridge Pawn & Jewelry!! Truly great folks! Whether your looking for quality items or need to use their pawn service, they will take care of you!

The owner, I believe that’s who he was, happened to be very knowledgeable. He was so kind and helpful. He has so much information on gold and the process of determining if gold is real or fake. Most importantly he loves what he does and it shows. He made us comfortable and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back and go to him first because of how much he knows and how willing he is to help. Awesome guy, and amazing business-without a doubt.

These ladies were so incredibly helpful (and NICE!). I had a question about jewelry and coins. They were very honest and helpful. I actually really enjoyed my trip to this store. A very upscale and clean store.

Walked in the place, was never greeted. Had a piece of gold jewelry priced over 8 thousand dollars, I had done my homework prior to going there. Reviewed the daily gold scrap value and the jewelry was still worth about $4600. Let’s say they have to cover overhead and everything else. I would have been fine with a fair offer. Instead, this older gentleman looks at me and tells me he offers me $2200 for it. Is this the honest business this place promotes so highly? Come on, most people go there because they are in need, not to get robbed. Luckily I found a buyer that paid me the right amount. Yet on my way out I saw the same piece of jewelry but a lot smaller and I am assuming lighter for 4 times what they offered to pay me. Good luck screwing people over.

I have used Naples Pawn primarily for jewelry repairs. I have been extremely satisfied with all work performed. Much better than a high end jewelry store that I had used in the past. The quality of work was much better and the entire experience was very good.

First off I want to say if you want honest and upfront this is the place to go for the best prices. Family owned and operated with the most friendliest staff. I appreciate the great quality and pride they provide in this establishment. Always clean everything is accessible to see not cluttered. Wheel chair friendly and accessible as well. Very knowledgeable staff who is always eager to help and look up anything you might need knowledge on. Examples antique items down to small items like jewelry. I am grateful there are still good places like this around.

This was the Best Customer services I've ever had. I just purchased a iPad from them and the time and friendliness Lauren gave me in setting my tablet was way above and beyond what they needed to do. She was so helpful to me in the process of showing and teaching me how to use and program the tablet. I will go back there, and recommend anyone to visit them.
