In December I had an unexpected loss in my family. Trying to get money for airfare for my family at last minute was difficult. Dealing with First Pawn on the purchasing end previously I went to them. With my collateral in hand we struck a deal. Fair, may I state. Being stuck in Wisconsin until everything is settled. First Pawn , not only has kept my valued items safe, they call and remind me to do the right thing and pay up. In the Pawn industry it's buyer beware. Not at First Pawn, fair and honest. You may not like what is fair for the market, but First Pawn is consistent. I want to thank all the Team members, and look forward to seeing everyone as I return home! 5 Star, or a 10, being the Best! Thank you!

Jerry was extremely helpful and knowledgable, he made the experience a pleasure. All the staff was friendly and fostered a relaxed environment and did not apply any pressure to buy. If you love silver and coins! Do not go here this place is a joke! I went in looking for silver and found a cool little pamp. It was a 10g year of the dog. They had to look it up on eBay. I know exactly what they saw. They come back and say it’s $40 for a 10g silver pamp! Joke! They need to not sell silver or get someone that knows what they are doing. I will never go back to this place! You shouldn’t either!

I went in needing tools for a new job. I found exactly what i needed and they were in excellent condition. The sales behind the counter were very helpful and tested the tools in front of me to insure they did work properly. The prices were very fair. I plan on continuing to shop here for all my future needs.five star service. Update. Every tool I bought is working perfectly in a professional/ hardworking environment. So, I went back and saw them again. Again I was given excellent service, the sales guy remembered me, and I walked out with an absolutely beautiful miter saw. This is by far my new favorite tool store. You can't go wro g walking in their door. I knew I would be back last time but now I think I will be a regular customer for sure. I would give 10 stars if I could. Is another update. Had to stop there this time I needed cash. Once again I got completely professional service.. I have never been to a Pawn Shop before. I researched my options regarding which Pawn Shop I would take a risk with. I reviewed many. First Pawn & Jewelry was consistently rated highest. They also received high reviews. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by Isaura. She was extremely welcoming and guided me through the process with honest transparency. She clearly educated me in regards to Pawn or Selling. She was fair, positive and professional. I will continue my professional relationship with First Pawn & Jewelry, specifically Isaura.

Half of the staff are friendly, the others, not so much. I've gotten fair deals before & then low-balled on new/like new items. As another person has mentioned, take your business to Capital Pawn on Davis Blvd. They offer better cash offers on pawned items & work to give you great prices on items of interest. If your choose to still come here, be aware & informed on whatever you're buying/selling.

I came in with a lot of gold. I did my homework. I weighed it on a jewelry scale, calculated the 100% value, and then went in to negotiate what I felt was a decent rate. I was comfortable enough with the numbers that I didn't go anywhere else to even get a second quote. The folks here are honest people that clearly want your business and will not play games like other places. The owner is a nice guy, and the staff was great. I will certainly be using you again and recommend you to my family/friends.

First pawn jewelry and loan! First off I have been many times. They have an amazing selection of merchandise to choose from that is very reasonably priced. The staff is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and considerate. They make you feel welcome and not uncomfortable and awkward like many other shops around town. I've never been judged for pawning things in need of extra cash like I have been elsewhere. The manager is very easy to talk to. He explains things to the customers and respects our opinions and views. In my experiences he seems very honest and always busy trying to satisfy others. I personally will never go to another shop other than this one located at 889 airport rd s naples fl 34104. Also I'd like to add a special thank you to the entire staff especially lisandra Figueroa for the amazing service that you always provide when I come in the shop. This place is more than just going in for a transaction, they actually talk to you and greet you as soon as you walk in unlike other shops around town. Again thank you all for you extrodinary services I get and that everyone else gets that walks threw those doors keep up the awesome work and I'll be seeing you all very soon.

I stopped by to check them out the other day and was very impressed by one of the sales people there. His name was jj if I remember right... He was super nice and answered every question I had. He sold me this absolutely beautiful gold necklace that I now don't leave the house without wearing because of all the compliments I get! Love this place and the rest of the staff there was awesome as well!

Best pawn shop, gun shop, jewelry store, sporting goods store with a very laid back barber shop type atmosphere. Every time I walk in it’s like “Cheers” with a few different people saying, “Hey Joe!”. Juan and Andy will make you feel like you’ve been a customer for years, and everyone else is just as welcoming. Make sure you bring some money with you though because you’ll definitely find something you’ll want to take home... and hide from the wife.

This place is a rip-off! They use bait and switch tactics to sell their goods. I was in the store on a Thursday and saw an item that I wished to purchase but I did not have enough money on me to get it at the time. I mentioned to the salesman, Juan, that I had seen the item at a gun show the previous weekend and the vendor gave me a price of $599.00 but I would have had to go to their shop which is a long drive. Juan told me that he could match that price. I called on Friday to see if the item was still available and if the price was still $599.00. Juan was out sick so I spoke with another employee who said they would check and call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. An hour later, the store manager, Scott, called and we discussed the deal I had with Juan and the manager assured me that he could give me that deal. I made arrangements to be there Saturday morning with the money to buy it. I got there and went through the whole process of purchasing it up till the point where I would give them the money. At that point, they told me that they could not honor the price they had quoted me. Since I live 45 minutes away from the store, I had 2 choices, walk out and go to Cape Coral and purchase the item or finish the transaction I had started. . I would like to warn anyone thinking of buying anything from them to use caution and do not believe anything they promise you to get you into the store.

I bought my gun in this place, I think this is the best store in Naples to buy firearms. The employees are very kind and knowledgeable. Isaura was very nice and professional, always smiling! I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!!

I am a first time pawn customer. I recently moved here and was waiting for my first paycheck. I was really scared to give up my Grandmas gold coin to anyone. I didn’t want to lose it. Isaura, the woman who helped me, was perfect. Not over bearing, she actually put me at ease! She explained the whole process and I left with a small loan feeling confident that my treasure was in good hands. I returned 3 weeks later.. paid my dues and received my coin back as I had left it in a box and sealed bag. All staff was kind, considerate and non-judge mental. Amazing service, Tabatha was amazing provided insight on the fire arms. It was my first time buying one and I was a bit nervous (because I know nothing about guns) she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Moving forward this is my one stop shop for anything gun related.

Prior to entering the Naples location, we made a few calls with several questions. From then on, we were greeted with friendly (and smiling) employees. Everyone we dealt with (Lisandra, Tabitha, and Jacob) were very informative and patient. Lisandra actually handled our purchase and was efficient in making sure everything was accurate. We felt so comfortable with her and all of them throughout the entire purchase process. We had to come back, and, even through our second visit and while walking out the door they were still smiling and friendly.

The people are always so friendly and they really work with you on the prices, whether it’s Pawning something because you really need the money or you are buying something. I mean don’t get me wrong lol some of the stuff they have there is WAAAAAAYYY OVER PRICED!!!! But all in all we always enjoy the trip up there!!

Very disappointed in this store for violating my trust. I have been a customer at this store for more than a few years. Unfortunately yesterday I went to pick up a pawn on a firearm. After I returned home and read my pawn slip I was very upset to realize that someone had kept my extra magazine for my firearm. It’s a nice store with a nice staff but unfortunately I will not be returning. Very disappointed in this experience with this company.

Great place to go to look for tools. I bought a Porter Cable 1/2 inch router with fixed and plunger bases there and paid a very fair price for a tool that was almost unused. If you are looking for a great deal this is the place to go. If you are looking for attentive service this is as helpful a place as you will find. I have worked with both Jacob and Juan and they were attentive, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

The repair gentleman named Kim is truly an artist in his field. He went over and above to repair a very special pendant that belonged to my father. I Pulled up There Right Around 8:58 A.M and they flicked the open sign right on even though they open at 9. Although it was early Juan And Xavier had a great attitude and were happy to help Juan Walked me through the process Of purchasing My first Handgun Really well!!! I drove down from bonita springs because the guy on the phone gave me a price on a specific Xbox model over the phone. When I got there I was told it was $100 more and the sales guys could care less that I was told wrong. I said I was told on the phone a certain price and the guy just said “nope”. I’m not a conformational guy so I didn’t even say anything about it. I told them Microsoft just slashed all their prices and they were selling them for almost brand new cost. They brushed me off and wouldn’t even help me out when asking about models and pricing. They just came off as really rude and could care less if they made a sale. I went over to capital pawn and they were extremely nice and helpful and they got my $225 with a 6 month replacement warranty. I won’t come here again.
