Maria, operator 2738, was quite possibly one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered. Not only was she prompt, informative, and understanding, but she was also kind and thankful. I have never experience such a quality of customer service in any aspect and hope the world would take notes on how Maria is able to interact with her customers. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of and I am forever thankful for her service and her ability to work with me. Erika and francine helped me today. Everyone that ever work in this store has been super helpful and nice me n my wife are long time customers. Thank you for everything. I edited the review just because today I had a bad experience with an employee name Roger he has no costumer skills whatsoever if he doesn't like his job he shouldn't be there . Usually if my payment is done automatically I will go in and show them my bank app that the money has been taking out this time he told me that he couldn't do it but in a rude tone and he was trying to been smart about it saying if I didn't understand what he said yes I did ! He even clap his hands wich I didn't like that. I asked him the Manager's name wich he didn't gave me to me I asked for a manager's card he said if is not there there is none! When I first came in there was no one in the store still he kept me waiting for about 10 mins before he ask me if he could help me

I’ve gone to Advance America several times and most of the employees are very professional & helpful .. Some go the extra mile, Maria always remembers my name (very sweet) .. recently bumped into her at a local grocery store & even there she spoke with me and knew my name.. great customer service
