Capital Pawn - East Naples Tamiami Trl, Naples

I just gotta say that the 2 employees that I met there today were absolutely awesome. They were extremely nice and totally saved the day for me. I have been looking for a decently priced flute for my daughter for school and to keep forever. And I couldn't find one anywhere. So I call these guys up and Guillermo answered and said they had one and it was only $40 AND it's a Bundy flute. So I drove down there right away and he showed it to me and let me try it out to make sure it sounded good. And I bought it right on the spot. And coming from someone that's been playing flute my whole life, that was an amazing deal. I swear that was the best service I've ever had at a pawn shop.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with capital pawn. Normally when I go to the pawn shops I get ripped off and end up leaving with very little money and a really bad mood but this place is different!. This place is without a doubt the best pawnshop I've ever been to! They gave me top dollar and they were very nice and really did a lot to help me...definitely 5 stars

I have visited several of Capital Pawn locations and I must say this location is the best. I prefer to work with Bernice as she is friendly, has a great personality yet she remains professional and makes you feel valued and eases my anxiety of judgement for having to pawn my possessions when I need that extra money for my family. If you are struggling financially or you are looking to buy used goods at a decent price then visit the East Trail location and ask for Bernice if she available. You will be treated with fairness, respect and dignity.

Bernice is absolutely wonderful. She helped me pick out a beautiful ring. She went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect ring. She made me feel so special and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much Bernice for all you do. I will definitely be back. I live in Tampa but will make the trip back just because of her.

Bernice is awesome. Actually look forward to paying my layaway every month because I genuinely like spending a bit of time with her. She takes a personal interest and listens to what you're looking for. Looks like I'll be constantly having a layaway going on and I'm good with that.

I went to this store was greeted by a friendly and funny staff. I was looking to purchase a 20V Porter Cable drill charger. They had a couple porter cable drills hanging on the wall. Sarah asked me what i needed I told her and she went to the back room to see if they had the chargers. Now I was willing to buy the full set even though I was only interested in the charge. Sarah came back out front, she apologized for not haveing it. Then she asked me to hang around a minute as she called 2 sister stores to see if they had what i needed. Sadly they didn't have what i needed. But my point is Sarah went the extra mile for me and was happy to do it. That store team is a great asset to your business. I also want to mention how clean and organized that store is.

Danny and Bernice have great energy with a big smile. They help me to their best potential and I left a happy customer and will be returning. They pretty much got everything you looking for in here.

I've been a customer in both capacities for years- I originally used their services for short term loans and they were always fair with their pricing and repayment methods. Over the past couple of years I've become a regular customer and have purchased a number of items at a great price and high quality. Everything I've bought there I still use and enjoy and recently bought a fantastic drum set at a steal of a price. Their customer service is top notch- the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work to suit their customers needs. I highly recommend a visit to see for yourself!

Over the last week I have been in the store a couple times to purchase a firearm. Bernice had helped me out on both visits. They made it so easy to sell my firearm and buy one of there S&W mp9 shields for an awesome price. Bernice is gem of a human being. She was beyond nice, and helpful and how she was able to handle other customers while servicing me was very impressive and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best customer service I have ever had at a pawn shop. I will be coming back just to see Bernice 😊😊 because I know with her, I will be taken care of. I also had an encounter with who I think might have been the manager or owner. He was very professional and kind when assessing the price of my shotgun. Even when I saw a customer being absurd, rude, arrogant, and calling them names, everyone held a professional demeanor and handled it accordingly. I am just beyond impressed with this store.

Have been a customer for a very long time. I am always greeted when I go there and have found that everyone here is courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and organized and prices and policies very fair. This was the best pawn shop I've ever gone to the employees are very professional and friendly.... I went in today to pawn a tablet and a ps vita the process was very smooth.... Guillermo helped me out and it was quick it didn't even take 20 minutes which i was very impressed i would definitely recommend this pawn shop whether you want to buy tools or electronics or maybe you want to pawn something

Berniece the manager their was so friendly , attentive and sincere. Everyone I pop up there she has a warm smile and is extremely knowledgeable about her store. I had an incident where I left my laprop cord at another location and I was stressed that I would have to drive all the way to that location and back and I was in a time crunch, and Bernice just became assertive to charge of the situation and resolved my issue. And there was another gentleman there that was also very pleasant but Bernice was just awesome. I would definitely recommend this location Capital Pawn I've been to others and hers is by far top number one the best
