Laura was awesome! She helped us close a loan, start a checking account, and open a credit card. Much easier process than dealing with Bank of America.

Don’t Trust their bill pay system!!! They will dispense payments without your authorization and then bill you $36 in overdraft fees for a bill that they pay days after a your money is the in the account to pay for it! They pend the money from your account then hit you with overdraft then days later make the payment after the balance can cover it. Don’t bother dealing with local branch officials as they are neutered to assist, they defer on to the manager who sits on their hands and wants to rake in on fees. Take my advice go to a larger more reputable bank, these people are incompetent!!!

I would go lower if possible, this bank is horrible. They work at hurting you and even harder at not helping you. Purposely hold deposits while processing charges as fast as possible. So you will incurr overdraft charges. Everything works in their favor and against the customer.

Jux need to be fired!!! Terrible customer service! Very rude! Also the older lady with short Gray hair i did not catch her name. There is absolutely no reason to be rude to customers that bank with you. I never walked inside of bank and experience bad customer service.

Weird branch. It's actually 2 banks in one. I went there for the first time and they had 2 lines open for Sun Trust and an empty line at the BB&T line. So I stand and wait patiently in the Sun Trust line. The woman behind the BB&T line gestures me to come over but I pointed to the Sun Trust line letting her know I banked with them. She picked up her BB&T sign and turns it over to show Sun Trust and i'm like "oh, she can just flip the sign and change it...cool!" Then as soon as I start walking over, she turns it back around to the BB&T sign and sets it down. What the heck?! I guess she was bored and wanted some entertainment? I gave her the dirtiest look and stepped back in line. On a positive note, the Sun Trust teller was nice and conducted my business quick and efficiently. If you bank with BB&T, go to another branch and stay away from that psycho teller. I guess no one goes here for the BB&T services and she just stands there day after day like a bump on a log desperate for something to do. Sad. Just make it a Sun Trust branch and lose the BB&T.

Save yourself the trouble of using this thieving fraudulent and inconsistent bank if you value your money and time . I alongside every other person who has left a bad review, have had the displeasure of banking here. The only good thing I can say about them is that they have one very kind and helpful account specialist who has an open booth on the right side of the building by the waiting area . Older woman who wears glasses . But thats about it .

All the team members: Alicia Branch Manager, Landry and Mary customer service managers, Leslie head teller, Angie, Carmen and everyone else....treat me like family. No other bank can compare with BB&T. I've been with them 30 years, counting the days as First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Osceola County, then Republic Bank and now Branch Banking and Trust Company. They haven't changed: their commitment to excellence in customer service with human compassion remains high as ever. I recommend you switch over to them......today!

Sadly I had to give this crappy bank one star. The worst employees, thankfully we've had 1 decent employee we've dealt with, but other than that terrible customer service. I will be happy when we change banks. Go to Chase bank instead!
