I came into the bank to complete a transition one day and I was greeted very professionally by the teller. But I was having a very rough and emotional day, and a woman named Ms. Tonia noticed it. She comforted me so much that my attitude and mood completely changed by the time I left the bank. I felt so much better and could not have believed that there were still great people in the world who care about other well being. She provided me with water, tissues, and sat and talked with me comforting me about my situation. I was so amazed I told everyone that day how this 1 woman changed my attitude and mood just because she cared. Today in this day and age, excellent customer service is rare and hard to find. Without a doubt she went above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciate her so much for her support and comfort. I was truly grateful for meeting her that day and at that time. She treated me like a person, and not just a client. If you ever go to this establishment, make sure to see Ms. Tonia. She will brighten any day.

This is one of the worst banks, it has one that waits up to 40 minutes to be served

These banks are a shame they do not give importance to clients to make transactions, there is a long line to be done, it should close it better if they are not ready to serve clients
