This bank doesn’t deserve any positive stars. I just spent an hour waiting in line to make a withdrawal. Clearly I have more than enough for my withdrawal. I finally make it to the teller just to be told I need to speak with a banker who couldn’t find a reason not to give my money. She then states I need to stand in line again to see the teller. She refused to give my balance on my accounts and is about to find out how much control they don’t have over my money. Bye bye Wells Fargo. This location just cost you a loyal customer for many years!

Made an Uber trip to handle business at this location only to be told it’s drive through only. How are people to know this ONE location is closed? Was told “there’s a sign on the door.” It’s a business week during business hours! WF update your info and stop wasting peoples time!!!!

I would give this branch a negative -5. Drive through took me more than 30mins and it's not the first time. This Wells Fargo Branch needs to close or make staff changes. #WellsFargo

During the pandemic of COVID-19 all the lines are really long because most of the atms are broken. The atm that appears to be working in the drive thru is really broken. The atms on the front of the building are not accepting deposits and the line is long there too.

Went to get change for the business I work that banks nationally through Wells Fargo. I have never had an issue prior, but today the girl said she couldn't locate an account even while giving her my commerical corporate card. I just went to a different branch down the road and they made me change for me, I normally go to this branch and will still come by because it is convenient. Just let you know that the person working the far drive thru on 12/30 at noon made it unnecessarily difficult.

The rep Karron is so rude every time I go there. She never greats you and you better not ask for a smile. I am sure she is probably looking at her phone that is why half of the time she is acting like you are bothering her at work. I guess with employees like this no wonder why they have 2 stars. Unfortunately I have to do my deposits here for work.

I ve been coming to this bank last 8 months and I thought they were short staff due to COVID the first 2 months, but it’s a pattern, no employees on Mondays, lobby is closed most of the time and drive thru takes average 15 mins per customer, do yourself a favor close this branch and open a mi Donald’s their drive thru moves faster, ridiculous

THIS IS TRULY DISHEARTENING TO ME. HOW DO YOU TURN AWAY CUSTOMERS AT 4:54PM. THE BANK SIGNAGE ON THE DOOR CLEARLY AND VISIBLY STATES THAT THIS LOCATION CLOSES AT 5PM. I HAVE PHOTOS OF THE SECURITY GUARD TURNING MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS AWAY PRIOR TO 5PM. PLEASE VIEW THE FOOTAGE ON THE CAMERAS AT THE FRONT DOOR ON 7/27/21 @4:54PM. I HAVE EVEN INCLUDED PHOTOS AS PROOF AND COULD ALSO SUBMIT THE TIME STAMP OF THESE PHOTOS IF NEEDED BY UPPER MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE. ONE CUSTOMER WAS EXTREMELY UPSET AS THE GUARD FLAGGED HIM AWAY WITH A SHEET OF PAPER AS HE WAS MENTIONING THAT HE ARRIVED PRIOR TO 5PM. Highly disturbing to watch and witness. Service is ok. But the wait time is horrible! Almost one hour wait on the drive thru! Definitely under staff.

Negative Stars if I could. Worst and slowest service ever. Long drive through lines. Takes anywhere between 20-30 minutes for one car. They weren't any better before the pandemic either. With all the complaints about this branch, nothing still gets done about it. The line has officially wrapped around the parking lot as I type this.
