Absolutely the worst bank operation. They recently changed names but not people. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and to be candid should never be working with the public. This branch is a disappointment!

Trying to get a small personal loan is like pulling teath. I was told on Monday around mid day that they would get all my info into the system and would be called back that afternoon to come sign paper work.i never received a call. So I called and left several messages for josh boland through the day on Tuesday and it’s Wednesday and I still haven’t heard anything back. The sad thing is I have been with BB&T for a long time now but they aren’t concerned with customer service. It’s time to swap banks for me

Absolutely terrible! Long story short, was told multiple different things by multiple different employees, called "higher ups" several times to try to work out problems and was told to talk to the employees more. The employees managers, and customer services ended up costing me hundreds of dollars!

The worst customer service of any BB&T location. Avoid going to this location. It makes me want to change banks and probably will.

Rude, dismissive, generally unhelpful. Worst experience I have ever had at a BB&T branch.

How many of you guys walks in a BANK thinking you will cash your check an get fake money in return? Well on February 9,2019 I walked into this BB&T cashes my check an received fake money in return. The teller counted the money herself then again so that I can see that she is giving me the exact amount of my check the amount is correct so she sends me out the door. Later that day I go to a gas station an was told that I am trying purchase items with fake money. I tell the store clerk this must be a mistake I was given this money by a teller at a BANK. The store clerk pointed my attention to how they can tell it was fake money so a police report was filed. The officer explained to give 3-5 business days before coming to the station to get a copy of the report to take to the bank. I go get the report take it to BB&T an was asked do I have a account with them I do not so I was told “well you waited too late to come back here it’s nothing we can do”. The teller really did not want to be bothered with the issue so I said okay an called to speak with someone. I was told that in the pass someone had the same problem in the passed it was brung back an was told it was not fake but exchanged the money. I can not bring the fake money back to the branch the police have it for evidence. BB&T was really nonchanlet about having fake money in their draws NO ONE is being held responsible for not checking money held in a BANK giving out FAKE money and it’s very sad that you can not even cash your check without getting FAKE money from a BANK. My evidence for you guys is to make sure your teller check every single bill that you receive from this bank otherwise this can happen to you as well.

Unfortunately I bank with BB&T and this is my branch. The customer service inside is great but the ATM never works and it is a POS. I drive close to 15 minutes both directions to visit this ATM and it only works about half the time. very frustrating..

Doesn’t care about their customers. Takes people out of line in whatever order they choose. Multiple lines that aren’t marked and you don’t know where to go. Unqualified staff that don’t know how to do their job.
